My buying experience was excellent. Lisa and Zack worked with me and I couldn't say enough about how the whole experience went. Rick Mihalic made perfect contacts and follow-ups. Austin was stellar in going over the operation of the vehicle........twice. I really appreciated it. Thank you Zack, Rick, and Austin. A special thanks to Lisa, and a special good health. More
Very bad customer service! They tell you stuff is covered under warranty but it’s all lies! What happened to the days when companies pleased the customer? Those days are gone! Bought a brand new kia last march, i get constant trash mail and e-mail from them, apparently they still have an approved loan for me and keep trying to get me to buy another vehicle, i have called 6 times mail and e-mail from them, apparently they still have an approved loan for me and keep trying to get me to buy another vehicle, i have called 6 times, stopped in 5 times, trying to get it to stop, im talking about 3 to 5 regualr mails a week and 6 to 12 emails a week, its been every week for over a year now, i have been told by their manager its my problem i should not have bought A car from them and they refuse to stop the harassing mails, another mistake i made was taking car into williams for the oil change, also get multiple letters and emails from service dept as well. My brother has purchased several kias from a dealer in Grand rapids and has no harassment at all, be smart do not buy from a williams dealership, trust me they will just bother the heck out of you More
Worst customer service ever! I found a car I liked applied for a loan, was approved for the loan. I called to ask if I could sign the loan on line and was told no I had to come in. I told them I wou applied for a loan, was approved for the loan. I called to ask if I could sign the loan on line and was told no I had to come in. I told them I would be there the next day, they asked for insurance to be sent to them. I called and got insurance on the car. AN HOUR later I was called and told they sold the car to someone "who was there and there and could sign the papers right away." I would not deal with them again! I'd give them 0 stars if it would let me More

Over the next few weeks the dip xxxx salesman kept calling me telling me the title was in, so I kept driving up there and it wasn't there, tried to talk and explain it to the lady at the desk and she got snotty with me "well I can't help you cause we don't have it" and then towards the end of it the salesman was telling me "well we need to figure something out cause we need the dealership plate back." So finally got my title after about a month or so of frustration. Than a year later called up about getting paint touched up/fixed, Michigan winter's are quite rough, cause supossedly I had the "cover all and any enviornemtnal damage" plan which then was told no, but t if I wanted bird xxxx stains removed they could do that. Never again. More
Like the vehicle, dealership and salesman leave a lot to be desired, won't deal with this dealership again, can't believe what you read or what they say. you should consider another dealer. be desired, won't deal with this dealership again, can't believe what you read or what they say. you should consider another dealer. $250 for nothing After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, I brought my car from over an hour away (as this is the closest Kia dealership since I moved) to attempt to After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, I brought my car from over an hour away (as this is the closest Kia dealership since I moved) to attempt to fix a major acceleration issue with my six year old Kia. After fixing a wire that they thought was the problem, they test drove it and said it was better. I was skeptical so I asked to test drive the car before I checked out to see if it was any better before I left, but they would not let me. I was basically told if this didn't fix the issue that it would be very expensive to repair, implying that my 6 year old Kia was not worth fixing. So I just cashed out and left. But as soon as I pulled out, it was obvious that the problem was no better. How any serious tech would think the problem is fixed when the car is hitting 5000rpm to get up to 25mph, I don't understand. So I turned around and brought it back to tell them the car was no better. The service manager and tech essentially through their hands up in the air, didn't offer to take another look or take it for a drive to even offer a guess what the problem was. They just said, well it might be expensive and take a long time to figure out. Again implying that a 6 year old Kia is not worth fixing, and giving the strong impression that they just did not want to deal with it. So I left. Worst experience I ever had with any auto shop or dealership. I certainly will not return, and would not recommend anyone else to use this shop. I should have just gone to my local repair shop, but I thought that a Kia dealership would be better able to fix a Kia, instead I wasted half of a day, drove 100 miles, and spent $250 to have my car run just as poorly as it did when I brought it in.
