He had amazing customer service and determination to get us a reliable and safe vehicle for my family and our 4 month old son. He was patient, kind and very responsive! He answered every question we had and walked us through the whole process. I’d recommend him to my friends and family and anyone looking for a vehicle! If you’re looking for a vehicle I highly recommend checking out Mike Girard at Williams in Traverse city! 10/10 in our book! More

I leased a new car and the second day I owned it, all of the warning lights on the dashboard lit up. I had to drive 60 miles back to the dealership with my husband following in his car because the general m the warning lights on the dashboard lit up. I had to drive 60 miles back to the dealership with my husband following in his car because the general manager refused to give me a loner to drive home while they diagnosed and fixed my brand new car. My husband had to drive me back to pick it up 9 days later (240 miles for both round trips). To top it off, I called my insurance company yesterday to find out why I hadn’t gotten my new insurance card and bill and found out the dealership had never called them to insure the new car (which they claimed they had when I initially purchased it and picked it up). I certainly would have called the insurance company when I picked up the car if I’d known Williams Honda hadn’t (and lied that they had)! Worst customer service ever and they wanted me to rate them with all 5s! More
Spent 150$ for them to plug their computer into my car to tell me I need my computer fixed before they could understand what is wrong and that would be 700$. We took our Honda Pilot in for brake service (front and back) before our vacation. It drove fine to our destination. We used the parking brake at our mountain destination and the next morning it would not back) before our vacation. It drove fine to our destination. We used the parking brake at our mountain destination and the next morning it would not release. Williams told us to take it to a dealer in Asheville, NC so we did. Since we had just had all the brakes replaced we asked them to help cover part of the costs. Appletree Honda in Asheville had our car for 5 days to complete the repair and overcharged us. We did not hear from Williams at all during this time to see what was happening or to contact the dealer to work with them on the situation. Once we got home we submitted our receipts like they had told us to and they said we were over charged for the job and they would give us $300 to help with the cost. This wasn't even a third when you add the cost of a rental vehicle. We have not heard from Williams unless we call them and have yet to get any money. We will not go there for service again and will not be buying a Honda. More

Brought it in for a 9 am appointment it is now 5 and it hasn’t been into the shop yet and I’ve gotten no update calls. When I called and asked the parts person told me they’d call me back and never did. I drove an hour from home to get my car in and out and they haven’t even looked at it yet and now I’m staying in tc overnight. I’ve heard multiple people have this problem with Williams. More
