I am disabled and have a difficult time in public spaces due to chemical sensitivities. The sales folks here were accommodating and set me up with a sales associate that was fragrance free. Additionally, they let my friend help me with the process coming into the office to help ready the paperwork for my signature then brought it out to me to sign, keeping me safe during the purchase process. They allowed us drive it the vehicle to my mechanic to go over to help with my purchase decision. The brakes required replacing so they took replacement cost off the sale price of the vehicle. Once the sales stickers were removed a stone peck was discovered in the windshield. I had it repaired at Safelite and they reimbursed the repair cost. Definitely a good experience go see Fred and Jordon for a used car sale with excellent service. Thank you. More

Williams repaired a seal in my Chevrolet’s AC system and recharged the system without any charge. The seal was related to an AC line repair they did one month ago. As a woman buying a car, they were very helpful. They let us drive it to my friend's mechanic and have him look at it. They took the price of brakes off the sale price. Purchased new off the lot at Williams Chevrolet in Traverse City, this truck serves as a daily reminder that hard work, integrity, quality work, and dedication to customers will carry you to the finish line. In less than three years of owning this victory red chariot, I returned to Williams Chevy service knowing the valve body was bad—but what I was sold instead was a fixed transmission. “If anything goes wrong, we’ll fix it just bring it back”. Now, only a few short months later, the truck again needs a transmission—according to service and they will not honor their word. As a business owner myself, your word and workmanship is your business card. Well, as you can imagine, the notoriously poor service at Williams Chevrolet has proven that integrity and respect for their customers is not a beacon of their business model. Rather than being men of dignity, the team at Williams is driven by greed, ego, xxxx poor craftsmanship, and frankly a dangerous combination of lazy and stupid. Let me be clear, this is an experience of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, not a truck built by a wonderful American company Chevrolet. It’s no secret that in Traverse City Michigan, Williams Chevrolet is known to be the bottom of the barrel in the way of quality experience, something I took into consideration—for such a beautiful vehicle—but it’s clear to me that tolerance and integrity do not go hand in hand.
