I called Nick ( my service representative ) about a software update required for my Silverado . Nick was very pleasant and helpful he made me a appointment two days away and told me I could wait for th software update required for my Silverado . Nick was very pleasant and helpful he made me a appointment two days away and told me I could wait for the vehicle since the update would only take about one hour. I pulled into the dealer about ten minutes early Nick immediately took care of me and I was out of the dealership 45 minutes later. Nick explained the repair, removed the protective seat and floor coverings and I was on my way. Everyone I came in contact with was very polite and helpful. I think this is my third experience with this dealership, all positive! More

Your service opened at 0730 hrs on Monday, I called at that time and The operator directed me to Jenn. Jenn acknowledged the vehicle was there, that diagnostic was $150. She stated the truck would possible be done Monday night or Tuesday morning. Jenn sent me the necessary information of the diagnosis and cost, I approved the job. Tuesday morning at 0741 hrs Jenn called and advised the truck was done and that I could pick it up anytime before closing at 1800 hrs. We arrived at 1530 hrs and met with Jenn. What a personable employee you have. She was to the point, detailed person. She understood that we had a 3 hr drive to and from the dealership. She made us feel at ease and answered my questions about communication from one dealership to the next. We are very happy with the professionalism of the service, thank you Jenn. Couple months ago I was struggling with my old car it was either to paid for a lot of repair mechanic issues or get another car. He was amazingly patient and very very helpful, not just to get a deal but choose the right car he wasn’t rushing me into get a car he understood and give me different options base o my needs and budget, his knowledge and guidance help me to pick the best, I love my car, love the price, very happy with my choice. My Chevy Volt had not had check up n a long time! I made an appointment thru Nick. He was knowledgable in what was needed to review and was on the look out for any potential issues.
