Nick from Williams was absolutely fabulous! My car went in for what we thought was a minor issue but ended up being several things wrong. Nick kept us posted every step of the way, helped navigate my warranty, set me up with a fantastic loaner car with such ease. Added bonus; our car was taking longer than expected and was running the risk of drastically effecting our annual trip. Nick extend the use of the loaner car and saved our trip with a phone call! Nick did a great job getting me in and out. However, when I got home, I opened the hood and saw fuel system cleaner splattered all over everything, including part of the fender, grill, hood an However, when I got home, I opened the hood and saw fuel system cleaner splattered all over everything, including part of the fender, grill, hood and plenum cover. Like a water balloon explosion. It took me 15 minutes to wipe everything with a paper towel. The technician must have taken a bath himself. More
