Your service opened at 0730 hrs on Monday, I called at that time and The operator directed me to Jenn. Jenn acknowledged the vehicle was there, that diagnostic was $150. She stated the truck would possible be done Monday night or Tuesday morning. Jenn sent me the necessary information of the diagnosis and cost, I approved the job. Tuesday morning at 0741 hrs Jenn called and advised the truck was done and that I could pick it up anytime before closing at 1800 hrs. We arrived at 1530 hrs and met with Jenn. What a personable employee you have. She was to the point, detailed person. She understood that we had a 3 hr drive to and from the dealership. She made us feel at ease and answered my questions about communication from one dealership to the next. We are very happy with the professionalism of the service, thank you Jenn. Couple months ago I was struggling with my old car it was either to paid for a lot of repair mechanic issues or get another car.
