thank you my husband of 53 years had passed suddenly. all i know about cars are how to fill with gas and turn the engine on. on the way back from his service a my husband of 53 years had passed suddenly. all i know about cars are how to fill with gas and turn the engine on. on the way back from his service and this yellow light came on. i was on the complete opposite side of town. i called the Honda dealer in a panic and immediately reached josh McCoy. he immediately could tell that i was in a panic he told me not to worry he was going to help me through it.he sent a van from the dealer to pick me up and help arrange for my car to be towed. they looked at it right away ordered parts and had it repaired next day. once again the driver came out and picked me up and took me back to my car. josh went over every thing very patiently and even pulled up pictures of what went wrong of my car. he honestly was concerned that i understood everything. i am now a Williams customer for live. More
