An unplanned service need was the first interaction with Williams Chevrolet. Our 2018 Tahoe needed a front wheel bearing replaced. The service advisor Jen was great. Professional, friendly, and very custome Williams Chevrolet. Our 2018 Tahoe needed a front wheel bearing replaced. The service advisor Jen was great. Professional, friendly, and very customer focused. They were booked, but Jen worked with me to get a “stand-by” option and fit the work in quickly. That service experience was a major reason we bought our 2024 Chevy Silverado ZR2 from Williams. The sales team was great to work with. It was a Saturday when we bought the truck and we needed to travel downstate that day. Lee, Ed, and Phil were customer focused and worked quickly to get us thru the process as efficiently as possible to get on the road. They were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Nick from Williams was absolutely fabulous! My car went in for what we thought was a minor issue but ended up being several things wrong. Nick did a great job getting me in and out.
