Drove 1 1/2 hours to the dealership and test drove a vehicle I agreed to purchase. The dealership did not have a clear title so had to wait to purchase. It was the communication i had problems with Set up a meeting with the GM to notify him that i was unhappy with the lack of communication. He said he would call me the next day after he could talk to his team to see what happened. He never called me back. I called the gm 4x in the next 3 weeks, he finally left me a message saying he did not call me back because it “slipped through the cracks”. Funny how i went to complain about the communication and the boss failed to communicate after my complaint. During my initial sit sown to let him know my concerns, he tried to make me feel bad for him and how tough it is for him and that i should be more understanding. Heres what I understand, if the leadership cant even call someone back, then we know why the team cant either. He eventually had an employee text me a picture of gift certificate for an oil change, hes a coward and cant face his own mistakes. I told him to keep his gift certificate, you cant buy an apology for ineptitude. Also i had to take my vehicle in 3x to replace a tonneau bracket they installed that was the wrong color, each time they tried to tell me it wasnt the wrong color, one was black and the other was silver, chevy wouldnt allow mismatched looking products like that to be authorized to be sold by their dealers. All 3x i was told my truck was ready and the bracket had ben replaced only to show up and they had done absolutely nothing, still the un-matched brackets. Never offered a loaner or a rental car for the time my vehicle was in the shop, last i checked make car payments to use my truck, not to have it sit in a dealers lot to fill a roadside space since they were low on inventory Additionally i asked 4 times for pricing on running boards and new badges and emblems. Never once did I receive pricing. The entire operation in the new car building is a disaster, lead by an incompetent narcissistic man with a napoleon’s complex, not one person there apologized for their mistakes or any of my inconveniences. All the gm did was make excuses telling me i wouldn’t understand how hard it is to run a business. I own 3 hospitality businesses, I understand how hard it is especially with covid, i also understand customer service on an intricate level I will never step foot in this dealership again I have been communicating directly with Chevy/GM hq to let them know whis is not good representation of their brand. They have told me they have had numerous complaints about this dealership When i tell other local people of this story all i hear is more horror stories of the customer service at Williams More

After going back and forth for a week on a 2022 Silverado lease, I was Quoted a number that I felt was reasonable. So I brought my vehicle in for appraisal and was insulted on my car and told that the quote I was given wasn’t an option anymore. Instead I’d have to pay almost 2900 more over the course of the lease.. The manager couldn’t of been more insulting and degrading. If you want to experience textbook used car salesmen sales tactics (on new cars) and feel like you’re wasting your time, then give Williams a try. If not, take your business elsewhere, just like I am doing. I had the money ready to go, and was willing to spend a little bit more if necessary, but the dishonesty and unprofessionalism of Williams Chevy, made me walk out without the truck I wanted. I’d much rather give business to a company that will respect it, and I am doing just that. More
Had an appointment to test drive, drove 160miles round trip,to get there and be told the car was sold. They didn't even try to call or text me. This place is a joke. They use the most stereotypical sales tactics out there. I went in there to get some lease numbers on a 2022 Silverado, with a positive equity trade in mind you. The first number the “finance” guy showed me was around $700, with $1500 down! So through a series of questions and him saying “let me go check something” multiple times, we had it down to $500 a month, $1000 down (still an awful deal). The numbers still made zero sense. I contacted another dealership up north, they quoted me $490, $0 down, thats before factoring in my equity so I will be at $400 a month, $0 down. I did not have to haggle at all. If you like to wast time and haggle prices, go to Williams! More
Purchased a $25,000/2. 5 year old vehicle less than a month ago. It is already having suspension issues and have it scheduled next week for service. A few days ago took it i 5 year old vehicle less than a month ago. It is already having suspension issues and have it scheduled next week for service. A few days ago took it into the quick lube there only to have to drop almost $400 in maintenance that needed to be done. Quick Lube employee named off a hand full of things that I should have service look at during my upcoming appt for the suspension issue. I realize routine maintenance is necessary, but you don’t expect to have to do that much within only a few weeks of purchasing a fairly new vehicle for that price. Was told that our bumper to bumper warranty would cover a rental in full. Asked about a rental and first was told that wouldn’t be possible, then we were told we’d have a portion of the rental covered and only if the vehicle was in for X amount of days. No one seems to know what’s going on there. Called the used sales manager and I received nothing but excuses. Asked about trading it in for another vehicle since I was within 30 days and got the run around. Extremely disappointed not only in our vehicle but the service we’ve received. More
Horrible service; don’t waste your time!!!! After I drove 3 hours to come down there, I already felt harassed and bothered from the multiple calls from their sales staff and the sales manager! I arrived not 3 hours to come down there, I already felt harassed and bothered from the multiple calls from their sales staff and the sales manager! I arrived not really wanting to be there, but felt obligated to do so. I had one person speak to me (Adam) and he was very pushy trying to get me into vehicles I didn’t like; didn’t even ask me what I was looking for! I then had my phone being blown up through out the day by Garrett and earlier that day by his “manager” Jordan. Garrett would continually harass me by calling me and texting me. Finally I texted him back for the last time and politely told him that I was there and didn’t see anything I wanted and already spoked to someone and thanked him for his time. With Garrett texting me back; “thanks for wasting his time” and “your credit sucks anyway!” Good job William’s! Wondering…Garrett you don't have access to my SSN how would you know what it is? Very unprofessional and pathetic! I don’t recommend them; unless you are able to get a professional sales associate. (I have screen shots of the calls and texts). More
