Best car buying experience ever had at 70 years old/ My purchase experience was a delight. Most of my purchase was done with Dave through Internet sales. Once at dealership I was treated as if I was buying the most expensive vehicle on the lot. Most spoke as they passed by even if I was not working with them. Was greeted at the door. Since this was an internet purchase I only dealt with an Sales Consultant to handle paperwork and delivery. He called me an hour before our appointment to introduce himself and assure me the car was ready and waiting. This was important as I was out of state buyer. Sam, F&I, was great. Three take a ways: 1) Never once felt any sort of sales pressure 2) Friendless professionalism was appreciated 3) I found their website contained all information I needed to make a buying choice.....Thanks Dave, Sam and Malik. When we told Dom why we were there, he wanted to know the type of car we had in mind and if we might have a budget to work with. Dom offered several suggestions and options for us to consider. Soon, we began to show interest in a model with a budget that was within our range and we purchased a car. The experience with Dom was extraordinary. His demeanor was gracious and a delight to be around. He introduced us to some of the Management Group and his co-workers at the Dealership when timing was appropriate.
