Service Manager, who arranged an appointment 45 minutes after we called and took perfect care of us as well as the car. We added a small extra and had the Wiper Blades changed after the Winter Ice damaged them - now not only does the car run fine, we can also see much better in the rainy weather of Spring. Once we turned the car over, we could sit back and relax with a cup of coffee and selection of good magazines while it was serviced; also look over a sampling of the newer models. We were out in a little over an hour & had time for a nice lunch afterward. Thanks Lori. More

Best car buying experience ever had at 70 years old/ My purchase experience was a delight. Most of my purchase was done with Dave through Internet sales. Once at dealership I was treated as if I was buyi My purchase experience was a delight. Most of my purchase was done with Dave through Internet sales. Once at dealership I was treated as if I was buying the most expensive vehicle on the lot. Most spoke as they passed by even if I was not working with them. Was greeted at the door. Since this was an internet purchase I only dealt with an Sales Consultant to handle paperwork and delivery. He called me an hour before our appointment to introduce himself and assure me the car was ready and waiting. This was important as I was out of state buyer. Sam, F&I, was great. Three take a ways: 1) Never once felt any sort of sales pressure 2) Friendless professionalism was appreciated 3) I found their website contained all information I needed to make a buying choice.....Thanks Dave, Sam and Malik.
