I am sure you hear this all the time, but I wanted to take a minute to tell you about my experience with Bill Morgan in your service department. Bill is one of the nicest men I have EVER met. You can tell he loves his job as much as he does the people he works with. He is the reason we will continue to buy cars from your dealership. I tried to get my wife to buy a Lexus (like me, so she could experience the type of customer service I have had for years) but she and my boys LOVE the Enclave. And although it is hard to match the service department for Lexus, they have NO ONE like Bill. Every time I leave your dealership, I feel GREAT like I have just visited with a good friend. It has been a pleasure to meet and work with someone like Bill Morgan. No matter where life takes my family, all other car dealerships and people will be judged against Bill. Driving 45 minutes to your dealership is not one I look forward to, but my bet is in a few months when I buy my son a new car it will be from your dealership. The only reason is Bill. I know my son will be treated fairly and with respect when he has to have his car serviced. Your company is privileged to have such a knowledgeable and caring person working for them. Bill is a very knowlegable person, and very valuable to Folger Buick. Bill recognizes me when I call and tries to accommodate my time schedule. I have not had any problem with the work so I guess that means it is good. The price for this 60k checkup was high but they had a couple of discounts to help get it down some. The free inside and out car wash was a pleasant surprise. By the time I want to replace this car I hope GM is free of government ownership. I have been happy with Folger service for many years. More
Recently had my GMC Acadia serviced at this dealer and I was pleasantly surprised by the service. My general feeling on dealers is that they always have a hidden agenda, but the service, communication and t was pleasantly surprised by the service. I have a Buick Terraza 2007 that works very well. I went in for an oil change but more importantly because both of my remote button boxes were not working even after getting the batteries changed the week b in for an oil change but more importantly because both of my remote button boxes were not working even after getting the batteries changed the week before. Don, one of the machanics, an older gentlemen, apparently liked and admired by everyone in the service department, took a look at my remotes and decided he could fix it by soddering (I'm not sure this is how you spell sodder) some little pieces in there. Don actually saved me $200.00 dollars right there. One thing I can rest assured when I go to Folgers Buick is I will not pay more than I need to and I will be served courteously. I am thankful that Folgers is still opened because otherwise I would have to travel a good 25 miles all the way across town to go to the next closest Buick dealer. I like the quality of people you employ at Folgers Buick. Jay was friendly and polite. I was used to Bill, who has now moved to another location. I miss Bill just because I was so used to dealing with him. He was the best. I'm sure I will get used to Jay and the same good relationship I had with Bill will develop with Jay as well. The service consultant, Charles Hedrick, has been consistently helpful in helping us keep our car in the best shape possible. He is always considerate, friendly and efficient. I just want to say Folger has been the best friend to me and my husband for years We have had great service writers from Paul Threatt, Steve Kinslow, Paul again and Steve again and Kevin and he got S M. a and my husband for years We have had great service writers from Paul Threatt, Steve Kinslow, Paul again and Steve again and Kevin and he got S M. and the Bill Morgan.(excuse runon sentence) I needed a new remote for my 2000 LaSabre and I had a disabled friend with me that day. It was very cold and they had been slow but all of sudden a lot of people came in. Kevin took my car and did it himself and I was out of there. There have been lots of times they have lent me cars and on big repairs I knew I needed them and was fair dealing. My husband just bought new tires 4/l5. He was there a good while but I guess with all the work you have it took that. Anyway, he is well pleased. We just appreciate Folger Buick very much. More
