Bill Morgan is Folger's greatest asset. I have worked with Bill for many years servicing both my buicks and my mother's. For the short time when I did not own a buick, I still had my car serviced at Fol with Bill for many years servicing both my buicks and my mother's. For the short time when I did not own a buick, I still had my car serviced at Folger's so I could work with Bill. He is friendly, courteous, and very knowledgable. He always tries to put the customer first and help in any way he can. Although he is not a salesman, he did recommend one for me to work with when I purchased my last Buick. Bill is the main reason I drive a Buick and if he were not there, I'm not 100% sure that I would be driving a Buick More
Adam, sold me my dream car. I had gone to a kia competitor and left the sorento I wanted. I felt the customer service was horrible and even though I was buying the sorento they felt the need to tal competitor and left the sorento I wanted. I felt the customer service was horrible and even though I was buying the sorento they felt the need to talk to my boyfriend instead of me. I searched nonlinear for the same sorento with no luck. Adam chatted with me from the website and I told him about the sorento I had drove at the competitor. After awhile he called to tell me he had found her and gave me an e en better deal. I was unable to drive home for lack of a driver. Adam brought it to my home the next morning. Over all fantastic service and he helped my new car experience. More
Folger Buick was one of three dealerships that I visited while searching for a 2012 Enclave. Brian was the first person I met when I arrived there. 2003 Buick Century was due for 120K service. Also, right front tire had blown out. As consistently in the past, the quality of the work and service was excellent. Absolutely worst experience possible, I would not go back there if they gave me the car for free. I was first told one price then went back in the following day and was given an entirely different price. The there if they gave me the car for free. If you are looking for a GMC or Buick spend the extra money and go to the Cadillac dealership or save yourself some bucks and go go to City Chevrolet. Dont waste your time here, you are not valued or respected. More
Great experience! When I met Brian Purser on the lot he probably knew he was going to have a hard time selling me a car! First thing I told him was that I am a car snob and I gave him a lengthy list of the probably knew he was going to have a hard time selling me a car! First thing I told him was that I am a car snob and I gave him a lengthy list of the things that I MUST have in a car...followed by a MONTHLY BUDGET. Brian quickly assured me that he would do everything he could to get me in a car with as many options as he could and still keep me within my budget. Brian and his manager Kevin worked and worked to make me happy! THEN...I threw them another curve ball...My Dad! I have to say, Dad is not as easy to please as I am but Brian and Kevin continued to work hard! Needless to say, I pulled away from the dealership with everything that I had originally told Brian I wanted! All the guys at Folger Buick continued to work hard for me with every detail...even removing a sticker at the very last minute which got me a new nickname..."Ms. High Maintenance"! Ha! Thanks for a great experience Brian, Kevin and Ricardo! I will send business your way! Can't wait to see the new dealership too! More
Best experience ever in purchasing a new car. A very friendly, courteous sales staff greeted us with a smile and/or a hello. We left as very happy and content automobile owners and love our new car!!! I have been a Buick owner for years, but the reason I keep my business at Folger is because of its service department. Buying a car is an infrequent activity, but servicing a car is a frequent - and freq keep my business at Folger is because of its service department. Buying a car is an infrequent activity, but servicing a car is a frequent - and frequently frustrating - experience. Bill Morgan at Folger Buick makes that service experience as easy and pleasant as possible, however. Bill is the most experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly service manager I have ever known. He almost makes a service visit a pleasant experience. He invariably makes me feel that I am his most important customer and that he is genuinely happy to see me. I am comfortable with his recommendations and I trust him to treat my car as if it were his own. I expect that he treats all of his customers in a similar way. Folger is the place to go for service in Charlotte. [You do need to take your own reading material, however; the magazine selection isn't anything to write home about! :)] More
