My husband and I had been contemplating trading our Toyota Rav and had discussed, a jeep, a truck or perhaps the Encore. We had seen the commercials for the Encore and decided we would go play around Toyota Rav and had discussed, a jeep, a truck or perhaps the Encore. We had seen the commercials for the Encore and decided we would go play around at some of the dealers on 08-31-2013 to get a feel for what was out there. We thought we would focus on the Encore and a Jeep or two. Well, we never made it to the jeep dealer. My husband and I had both agreed before leaving home that we were "just looking" and would not be making any decisions that day. Upon entering the showroom, we were greeted by Larry and I noticed an Encore sitting right next to an Enclave. You should know that I had seen the Enclaves at a distance as they traveled up and down the roadways and fell in love but never thought it would be a vehicle I would call my own. We test drove the Encore but I was pulled toward the Enclave. It was my preferred color, it fit me just right so needless to say, I fell in love with it. Clearly my husband noticed because the next thing I knew he was speaking with Rick about the finance options available. I reminded my husband we were just there to look but one thing lead to another, Rick gathered a few pieces of info from us and shortly thereafter he confirmed that the vehicle was ours provided that was what we wanted to do. A short while later, we were sitting in Zack's office signing all of the paperwork. During our visit, we learned Larry was a new associate of the dealership but we would have never known had he not told us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Enclave and kept a close eye on us as the process moved forward. We truly believe Rick did everything he could to arrange the best financial fit for us and clearly Zack was well versed with his portion because we were in and out of his office in no time. Both Tommy and I are perfectionists when it comes to customer service. As previous business owners we strive to provide the best service possible to everyone we interact with not only in the workforce but in every aspect of our life. We believe the old school values of patience, kindness, courtesy and respect are lacking in most of todays workforce so to see every part of that offered to us during our visit with each of you certainly exceeded our expectations and trust me, that is not an easy thing to do. I left the dealership with the biggest smile on my face and here we are a couple of weeks later with no regrets and I'm still smiling. Needless to say, this in turn makes my husband smile. When I woke up that Saturday, I never thought we would end the day with a new vehicle and never in my wildest dreams did I think this beautiful Enclave would be sitting in our driveway. Waiting until the new model year (2014's) came out I purchased a new 2013 Yukon. My husband and I visited this dealership July 8th, looking to buy a new vehicle. We shopped around at a few other places, and decided we wanted to work out a deal with Williams and buy our car through looking to buy a new vehicle. Since they didn't have what we were looking for on the lot, they promised to find one (or try) and call us back. Well they did that, but then it's like the transaction came to a halt. My husband has called numerous times to the salesman, directly to the dealership, and been treated very rudely. I can't believe that any dealership would hang up on a customer, or put them on hold for an outrageous amount of time, just to avoid talking to them. These people just need to be honest with us about the situation. What seemed like a great dealership, turned sour very fast. We would not recommend using them. We will be buying our vehicle from a different dealership, at the same price, without being treated like this ever again. More
Jesse Sherrife/dealer was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars and SUVs available in the used cars. After the test drive I was hook, now I have a beautiful black Honda Accord and I love my car. Jason Hickey/Sales Manager is very good at working out a reasonable monthly payment for you that want leave you broke every month. I would definitely recommend that you take a trip to Williams Buck GMC on South Blvd; you will be please with the car or SUV of your choice. More

Very. Unhappy with my experience at this car lot. I worked a deal online and once I made the trip down through Charlotte traffic the numbers were changed. Then not only would they not negotiate but they also would not return phone calls or messages. They obviously don't value your business or respect you as a customer. I had a totally different experience Elsewhere and bought my new GMC there. More
I have been bringing my cars to Bill Morgan for at least 8 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else! Bill has always treated me like family and he makes sure I'm taken care of. He and Kevin Dawkins have gon 8 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else! Bill has always treated me like family and he makes sure I'm taken care of. He and Kevin Dawkins have gone above and beyond what any service department would ever do. They make the experience of having my car serviced so much better than anywhere I've ever taken a car. I trust Bill implicitly and know that he's not going to recommend something be done that doesn't need to be. He is definitely the reason I have gone to Folger and now Williams. I just hope he's not thinking of retiring anytime soon!!! More

Bob really knows his products and how to work all their bells and whistles. Everyone at Williams was very courteous, helpful, and not high pressure. I had several buick cars in the past and purchased a Honda Accord. Hated the road noise and ride and handling. Bob made sure I was perfectly happy with the Verano before purchasing it. I look forward to doing more business with Williams Buick GMC in the future and would highly recommend Bob Matzke and Zack Ratley for your car buying experience. More
