Service Consultant Bill Morgan is one of the finest Service Consultants that I have ever known. Not only is he very intelligent with cars he is also very personable whe Bill Morgan is one of the finest Service Consultants that I have ever known. Not only is he very intelligent with cars he is also very personable when it comes talking to customers. If he finds out something is wrong with your car, or if they find something wrong other than what you brought it in for he will come in and set down beside you and explain whatever it is with you in detail. I have been to other dealerships where they call for you to come out in the service department and try to explain it with you. Bill Morgan is very professional when it comes to talking to you. If you have a problem with you car that you bring it to Williams Buick GMC (Bill Morgan) they will never give in to "they can't find the problem". Dominic was wonderful to work with, along with Greg Armstrong who took time to review our credit, trade, etc. After being "screwed" in the past with previous dealers, I can finally say, we made a great deal that we are very happy with! They gave us more value for our trade, and the purchase price on our Ford Explorer was priced well below retail value! I do not know how they did it, but they did.
