Talked with Gene over several days did not have time to drive to Charlotte asked him to review the car test drive and get back to me. He did so in a timely fashion sent more photos and the car was exactly as he represented it. Gene took care of all the paperwork and had the car delivered to Charleston South Carolina within 24 hours.service was above and beyond!! Dealing with Gene was dealing with somebody I felt like I knew for years not your typical car salesman at all!! I highly recommend him. More

He understood what we were willing to pay and did not try to discourage us. We have been shopping for a car for several months, and were not going to rush into the purchase. Hatcher understood that the Enclave is what I wanted, and he and Williams Buick worked with us to make it happen. We knew what we wanted to pay, and we were not given excuses as to why it couldn't happen. They made it happen. The signing process was very smooth and comfortable. Additional options with extended warranties and other services were offered, but we did not feel pressured to purchase what we did not want. Extremely friendly staff. We would recommend this dealership to family and friends, and we would return for future purchases. More
