Hatcher understood that the Enclave is what I wanted, and he and Williams Buick worked with us to make it happen. We knew what we wanted to pay, and we were not given excuses as to why it couldn't happen. They made it happen. The signing process was very smooth and comfortable. Additional options with extended warranties and other services were offered, but we did not feel pressured to purchase what we did not want. Extremely friendly staff. We would recommend this dealership to family and friends, and we would return for future purchases. More
