I was waiting for insurance settlement and Justin let me drive the truck for five days. That impressed me. The finance mgr was great also, all in all this was a great experience.I recommend WBGMC to everyone!!! More
Dishonest Sales Team This dealership should be investigated for fraud. I am about to file a complaint with the State AG. The dealer posted a price on its website and then This dealership should be investigated for fraud. I am about to file a complaint with the State AG. The dealer posted a price on its website and then turned around once I got to the dealership increased the price. Additionally, once I had a signed contract and took ownership of the vehicle, two weeks later the dealership contacted me asking for additional money to payoff my old vehicle. When the dealership finally made payment for my old vehicle, the payment was late. I provided the dealership with a 14-day payoff amount that was verified the day the sale was finalized and the dealership made payment 11 days after the payment was due. This caused me to accrue interest and it affected my credit. The dealership never attempted to rectify the problem. It was their fault payment was late to my leinholder and they are not taking responsibility for their mistake. It was a mistake doing business with this dealership and I will pursue every avenue to seek justice for the undue stress this dealership caused my family and I. Better Business Bureau is the next stop on my contact list. There are currently 15 complaints against this dealership on the Better Business Bureau website. So I advise any consumer to proceed with caution when looking to do business with Williams Buick GMC. Lastly, the dealership delayed in submitting the vehicle registration paperwork. Thus, forcing me to submit a complaint to the North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles. If a business operates in this manner and fails to make things right with the customer, the businesss should have their license revoked. The saddest thing about this entire situation is that the dealership still has not taken responsibility for their actions. It is the dealerships responsibility to verify payoff information at the time of sale, not 2 weeks later. Nonetheless, the dealership was paid on time for the new vehicle and yet they decided not to submit the vehicle registration paperwork, with intentions of causing legal problems for me. It would have been understandable for the dealership to payoff the entire balance of my previous vehicle, then ask for reimbursement for any overpayment. However, the dealership willfully paid the shortage amount leaving me responsible for paying the remaining balance to the leinholder, which I paid. This whole experience has been nothing but miserable and I will never do business with this dealership again. More
