Their business is all about their pay day. I bought my truck at the end of January this year. I looked it over thoroughly, and took it for a test drive. During the test drive I noticed a squea I bought my truck at the end of January this year. I looked it over thoroughly, and took it for a test drive. During the test drive I noticed a squeak coming from the front while driving. Tires were low on tread. When I tried to bring these up and work up a deal, they were firm on price. That was fine, until the paperwork was done and I had it at home. My truck had a bug deflector on the front hood that I removed only to find a big crack in the paint that it was hiding. I brought it up to the salesman and they offered me a front license plate holder and $60 toward getting it fixed, which I did not go collect after getting a quote of $500 to get it fixed and $60 not being worth my time or gas money to go collect it from them. This was the start of issues I was going to find. Over the next month, I found more and more issues. After their solution to the first one, I knew not much would be done for me, so I fixed a lot myself. Issues included: bad front struts (the squeak from my test drive), oil filter housing is cracked (I didn’t have time to look into it until recently, but noticed an oil leak since I bought it and thought it was just the filter, which was also not completely tight and dripping as well), headlight issues (turn signals stopped working 3 days after buying the truck, caused from corroded headlight connections, that also weren’t plugged in all the way), one tailgate cable was hooked to the tailgate latch instead of the proper mounting spot, when I put the truck in any mode other than stock the engine stalls, or it shifts erratically which points to tuning and shift points being messed with, my headlights were not adjusted at all upon purchase, they were pointing at the ground, headlight clips were broken, the grille was missing clips that hold it to the body. Hood wasn’t adjusted properly, I can nit-pick a lot of cosmetic issues but those don’t bother me that much, because of course it is a used vehicle. I don’t drive the truck every day, and I work a lot, so by the time I found most of these issues, the 30 day warranty was up, and I’m sure that will be their response to this message to try and discredit it. But I’m not upset that they won’t try to cover the fixes, I’m upset that they tried to hide the issues and they weren’t willing to negotiate price. I overpaid for my truck, that’s very apparent now. Luckily I’m capable of fixing issues like these myself and I’ve fixed many already, so I will make it into a respectable vehicle again, which is exactly what you’re supposed to do before selling it. This all circles back to the beginning where they don’t take any pride in their work. They give you the “inspection” sheet, but they do not actually look at the vehicles at all. They buy them from an auction, change the oil and list it for sale. Do not buy any vehicles from this place, and if you do, hope that you’re lucky and get one that didn’t need as much work as mine or the other 1 star reviews from the last 2 months. After all the money and work I’ve put into it so far, my truck is now probably worth what I paid for it, so I’ll wave goodbye to the money I’ve spent and go back to work to make more. More
I bought a 2010 Chevy Avalanche from Williams Auto on Velp in Green Bay. Let me start by saying that Williams Auto are thieves. Multiple times throughout the process, I looked right at Jake, the salesm Velp in Green Bay. Let me start by saying that Williams Auto are thieves. Multiple times throughout the process, I looked right at Jake, the salesman, and asked even begged that he was selling me a safe vehicle. And every time, he emphatically said, "Oh Absolutely". Boy, did he lie!!!!! And he lied like a professional weasel would. After a financial downfall, we were able to pull ourselves back out and the 1st people I gave that hard earned money to was Williams. They worked with me, gave me the time I needed, I gave $5K earnest money, and I had the truck of my dreams, or so I thought. I went to take delivery of the truck and was told that they had changed the tires out, and they didn't think I would mind. I had the truck for 1 yr., and a couple months. There was an internal transmission failure. I understand this, and I knew things would happen because of the age of the truck, never mind there was only 69K on the truck when I bought it for a total price of $18,500. After having to have to truck flatbed to the mechanics, they found the repairs needed, however they did not do transmission work. I had it flatbed over the Cousineau's Auto, they ordered a new transmission, and I was going to drop another $6K into "My Dream Truck". Chris from the Service Dept at Cousineau Auto called to say "Lisa, I don't know how to say this, but when the truck was put on the lift to start the repair, the frame is so rusted that it broke off the body. We didn't think you wanted to put that kind of money into this." I was in shock, to say the least. I had my grandchildren in this truck. I will say that again, I HAD MY GRANDCHILDREN IN THIS TRUCK. I called Jake at Williams Auto, he was empathetic, said he would get the information to the Owner, and they would get back to me. I waited and called again. I talked with Jeff, Jake again, never the Owner. Never any call backs, nor answering sometimes. I am disgusted with the it all. I have attached pictures of the underside of the truck. Williams Auto tried to say that the service garage must have put it on the lift wrong. I may be a female, but I am far from ignorant or stupid. More

Sold my husband a truck at the same time and now we find out it had an unresolved recall that is a safety issue and unsellable. The salesman was so kind and patient, but do not be fooled! They are unethical at best and illegal at least. Law included in picture on google review. More
