None of the staff at Wilkins administered pressure of any type to try to close a sale, which was refreshing. Jeff, our salesman, was knowledgeable and personable. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable with the whole process. Steve, took his time, showing us around our new "baby". Again, very knowledgeable and patient. He seemed to have all the answers for our numerous questions. Eric in finance made the process easy and painless, explaining every piece of the financial packet. The ladies in customer service were so friendly and got us quickly through all the steps. We will go back to Wilkins in Bath, any day of the week, and twice on Sunday to do business with the caliber of staff at Wilkins.
