Poor warranty information and sales help. The service manager was helpful but only after begging and pleading. I finally got my vehicle fixed after more than a month. The service manager was helpful but only after begging and pleading. I finally got my vehicle fixed after more than a month. More

The service department always does a great job. Jessica is always so good to work with. I like the video of the inspection and the fact that they keep my updated on how things are going. I purchased my car here and have been getting it serviced here for 3 years. The staff has always been courteous & knowledgeable. They had an excellent streamline process on taking in service customers. Toda here for 3 years. The staff has always been courteous & knowledgeable. They had an excellent streamline process on taking in service customers. Today was different, it was a little disorganized, but nothing to be concerned with. I went inside and saw Jessica, she was there the last time I was here, but the others were people I had not seen before. The first man I spoke to was condescending. I told him I could no longer charge my phone without the engine running (car on). He talked to me as if I were lying, telling me the car MUST be on to charge the phone. I said how about just having the accessory? The manual says accessory stays on even when car is off. He proceeded to treat me as if I were an idiot. I told him I was able to charge the phone with the car off before. He said impossible. So I proceeded to tell him about another problem. The monitor in the car has an intermittent issue. The monitor, screen or instruction panel screen, whatever you want to call it, has been an issue since I bought the car. Again with the attitude. I told him I wanted to speak to someone else since he obviously doesn't know the car. He said okay. I spoke to Jessica, she was much easier to talk to. Another man entered the conversation. I told him I was more concerned about the accessory issue than the screen issue - When it doesn't operate correctly I usually park the car, turn off the car, restart it and the 3 way split screen (map, map, music) will evenutally come up. We went back to the accessory issue. He also didn't know a phone could be charged without the engine running. I directed Jessica to the manual, page 5-88. We went back and forth about the issue. Then they told me I need an adapter for the cigarette lighter to charge the phone when engine isn't running. LONG STORY SHORT, ISSUE WAS NOT RESOLVED, BUT Jessica did not charge me for the service today, which I do appreciate. It was very frustrating. I went home and decided to check YOUTUBE. It turns out all I have to do is hit the starter button once without touching the break and the USB will charge the phone. I don't recall doing that before but I must have because I know I have charged my phone 2-3 times over the past 3 years without the engine running and leaving it connected to the USB. PLEASE inform your staff that YES, you can charge a phone without the engine running, you don't need an adapter, and it's not necessary to treat a customer as if they are lying or stupid. I am giving this a 3 star rating because I assume the oil change and inspections were done and they tried to make up for the problems we had by not charging me. (Screen issue was not addressed, and I figured out the other issue on my own.) More
