Not happy with the service at all. Me getting service at this location caused me to lose my car. I asked for a key to be made. One single key just like the one I had before. For some reason they didn’t understand that and made only a key that starts the engine. Which still makes no sense to me what so ever. Being the same key starts and opens the door and the hatch actually. How all of a sudden does my car need two separate keys. I picked the car up and went to get groceries. Upon coming out the store I can’t get into my car. I called them and of course it was no help because now service is leaving FOR THE WEEKEND. I exhausted my road side tows and had to take a Lyft back to u hotel. I’ve cream sandwich’s were ruined too. Went to check on my car the next day and it was GONE. The store had my car towed $165 to get it back and since I just paid $625 to Mazda I didn’t have the funds to get my car back. Every day they added an additional $45 to the tow. More

As far as the appoinment ease and quick turn around, it was flawless. The only complaint, and a very minor one, is that I had to flip the plastic doohicky that holds the floor mat in place upside down bec was flawless. The only complaint, and a very minor one, is that I had to flip the plastic doohicky that holds the floor mat in place upside down because that is the only way to make stay down. The tech must have flipped rightside up and did not notice that it did not work properly. My bad for forgetting to mention it though. More
