I had an oil change performed, which was done in a reasonable amount of time . My problem is everytime I go they tell me ,I need this done or that done. They show me a list and cost , which totals $1, reasonable amount of time . My problem is everytime I go they tell me ,I need this done or that done. The maintenance suggested is always short (timewise and mileage) of what other mechanics say the maintenance is needed. By the way if someone wants me to take this amount of time to do this survey maybe give some compensation. I know you'll say this is for tryingto make the experience better. Regardless. More
