Test drove on a Saturday and, other than a courtesy call the following Monday, was left alone while testing other cars and making our decisions. They day we went in to buy, Mike sorted out detailed comparisons between option packages, etc., as well as letting us consider certified used vehicles of the same model. When we had to leave to take care of family errands, there was no pressure to stay and close. They let us go home and were confident we'd return to finish the next day, which we did. Upon returning, none of the numbers were fudged for the new car or our trade-in, and upsells were not forced. Mike even introduced some members of the service department. Glenn in the office explained all the extended and gap warranty items, but didn't push hard on any of it. As mentioned, this was our second consecutive Wilkins purchase. As long as Mazda keeps making cars we like, I see no reason not to return. Although, since they're good cars, it might not be for a few years :) More

The sales team is no-pressure, very helpful and highly knowledgeable on their product line. I currently drive a Mazda6 and love it. I first did research on Wilkins website viewing models, features, options and inventory, so I knew what I wanted when I entered the showroom. The test drive sold me! Financing was quick and easy. I was out the door, driving my new car home in two hours. Now I schedule my routine maintenance online... so convenient. Their technicians are the best in the business. More

She was confidently nonchalant, meaning she displayed none of the characteristics of a "hard sell" salesperson. At the appropriate time in the process I disclosed to her that I had a BK and an active foreclosure and tax liens in my credit history, but I needed to replace a 14 year old car with 200,000 miles that would not survive the this coming winter. I wasn't sure I could even qualify for a car lease at a decent money rate. But Maria quoted me a deal for a three year lease on a 2016 CX-3 with a money rate that was very, very good in comparison to what I had been quoted by other dealerships (more than 2% less in one case) and a money rate that, based on my research, was given people with better credit than mine. So when she left her desk to have my credit run and get a lease finance company to approve the deal, I was expecting her to come back and say I had been rejected at the quoted rate and that I would only qualify if I paid a higher money rate. But true to her word she came back a few minutes later with approval for the money rate and deal she had offered. I should also mention that my original contact with Wilkins was through its website to ask for an internet quote. Kelly [can't remember her last name] responded within a couple of hours with exactly the information I asked for. I had contacted other dealerships' internet sales departments and had been disappointed with their nebulous responses. One dealership did not reply at all, even though I was very specific about the features on a CX-3 that I wanted. So on all counts, I'm very happy with the deal and my experience at Wilkins. As for the CX-3, it's a really great car and fun to drive and very agile. More

Exceptional purchase experience. First time ever in my life that I have truly enjoyed buying a car. From the moment I walked in until the moment I drove away with my new car, I felt relaxed, no pressure, and comfortable. This place has a wonderful business model that stays true to a family owned mom and pop shop. This is not a high volume place that only cares about making sales and meeting quotas. Beyond refreshing. As a woman, car dealerships always seem like I am walking into a time warp back to the 1950's as far as women's rights and equality. The only thing old school about this place is their tradition of excellent customer service. Everything else is no doubt 21st century. Andy Moujouros was the salesperson that assisted me. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is genuine, authentic, and really cared about what I needed. He did not waste one second of my time. I was very direct and straight forward with him and rather than try to "handle me", he went and brought over his sales manager, Rich Sughero, so we could talk numbers. Andy actually appreciated that I knew what I wanted. He found the vehicle with the features I needed and then made it so I could directly negotiate the numbers with Rich. There was no high pressure haggling or uncomfortable sales tactics at all. Rich was down to earth and very easy to deal with. He did not waste my time either. In less than an hour we had picked out the car that meet my needs, agreed on a price, and taken a test drive. I went to lunch (Andy suggested a great place.) and when I came back, all the paperwork was done and ready for me to sign. Incredible. The finance person, Glen, was very pleasant. Again, no pressure sales on his part for warranties or extras I likely wouldn't need. He made a couple of suggestions that were informative and helpful. The decision was mine to choose if I wanted an extras. Andy spent an ample amount of time explaining all the features of the car. He made sure I was comfortable with everything. He was quick to let me know that if I ever have any questions I can always call him or stop in. He also introduced me to the service department and made sure my first oil change was already scheduled for me. The Wilkins team is an exceptional bunch all around. Will I be going back? You better believe it! I highly recommend Wilkins Mazda Hyundai. Make sure you ask for Andy! The man knows cars and people. Zoom, zoom, zoom! Thank you Wilkins. More

I go to their office and signed the document in last Saturday(they give you the car on the price base the agreement in the email,no more any other negotiation needed. only spend about one hour to go though the paper work. I read every document so carefully but there is no tricky. thanks a lot). I tried to shopping around before i signed the document. but there is no other dealer can bid their price.(match? yes, but can't bid the price. so I decide to give my deal to them because of my good experience.) So overall, it is a good experience. Jim is a good person. More

We were fortunate enough to have Vito take care of us and he was awesome! He greeted us immediately and got the keys and took it for a ride. This was a car for my son and he urged me to write this review, as he was impressed with the service given by Vito. Even after we bought the car, a headlight went out and we didn't have floor mats. Vito immediately - within 24hrs had nick come in and fixed the headlight and ordered him mats. Greeting my son when he pulled in to ensure he found the servie area ok. This was a great learning experience for my son purchasing a vehicle. Vito was more then fair on price and his post purchase service is what was the catalyst for this review. I work in business and service like this is why people return and recommend people. I already gave Vito's info to a neighbor and my brother is looking for a new vehicle to and recommended Wilkins and Vito. Thanks for a great experience.. Bill More
When my husband and I entered the showroom, we were immediately greeted by Sarge. I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle, and Sarge addressed me regarding what I wanted (vs other dealerships that would immediately greeted by Sarge. He is a kind man and great person - not a pushy sales consultant. Sarge is a wonderful asset to Wilkins Hyundai Mazda! Tom Baullen patiently worked with us to make the numbers work in our favor! He didn't just see us as another deal, but as valued customers. I appreciated that he took his time with us and didn't just try to get us in and out in a hurry. He understood that keeping us as lifelong customers was the priority. Something that was completely above and beyond had to do with a sticker on the back window of my trade in. I just figured I would lose it. However, Nick, one of the porters, was able to remove the sticker and put in on my new vehicle. I really appreciated his service! I would highly recommend Wilkins! He was very kind, patient and sympathetic to my situation and did his very best to find me a car in my price comfort zone and without having to give up options that I had become accustom to in my previous car. I have purchased about 5 cars in my life so far and this experience has been the absolute best. Sarge made me feel very comfortable with my decision and worked hard to see that I was happy. I just had my 3 month oil change on the car and the service department is top notch as well. I called ahead to see if I could get in same day and within an hour I was in the service bay and greeted promptly and out within about thirty minutes. No hassles...who could argue with that! It's hard not to be a customer for life when you are treated so well. Great Job Wilkins Hyundai Mazda... Keep up the exceptional work! Louise K. More
