He was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and really tried to see that we were satisfied customers. The entire experience was great- no pressure to buy extras we didn't want, while we got those we did want. We were offered an extended warranty by Tom Ballun, but it felt like we were offered, not pressured (like another dealership we dealt with in the past). Tom explained the paperwork in a nice, relaxed way and made sure we understood everything clearly. We were surprised at how easy and pleasant the entire experience was, and would highly recommend Wilkins. More

My salesman, Ke When my 17 year old BMW Z3 died, I went looking for another sports car (not a two seat luxury car.) Found a Mazda Miata RF at Wilkins. My salesman, Ken Halan, did a fantastic job of explaining the process and once the deal was closed, even delivered the car to my house in the evening. Whoa, didn't expect that. Today I went back to the dealer for an in-depth orientation on all the bells and whistles and Ken handled that as well, expertly and professionally. And a hats off to Ken McGaha who understood my time constraints and did his absolute best to get me through the paperwork as quickly as possible. When my leased Ford Edge goes back to Ford, I'll go to Wilkins first for either a CX3 or CX5. And I'll be looking for Ken H. to handle the transaction. Thanks, Ken. More

He is not pushy and instead uses an educational approach so I could make an informed decision about which car to purchase - a bright red Mazda 3. The car has so many features and as I took a test drive of the Mazdas, Ken showed them to me...so I wanted to purchase that particular car. Buying a car can be nerve-wracking and I've never had such a seamless sale. The dealership manager, Ken McGaha, also helped me understand my options, with drawing the result of choices I made. I was very comfortable with him and trusted him. At the end of the sales process, I dealt with Tom Ballun and wrapped up the paperwork. Once again, professional, trustworthy, felt he was looking out for me. New license plates - have never had that before!! On delivery, Ken Kalan went over all the controls with me so I could leave the lot confident I could handle the car. He has offered to help me understand other features of the car as I need to know. Way too many great features and learning them is fun. Can't say enough good things about the dealership and experience. More

Informed, Professional, and Courteous! I walked in Tuesday night thinking I was browsing, but I wound up leaving with a loaded CX-5 GT. I was able to take the car on a drive with just my wife. Mike was helpful, but he did not hover over us nor did he try to do a hard sell. He was professional and accommodating. He also arranged to have the car put on a rack so I could inspect the underside of the car. The price negotiation was reasonably transparent and we settled on a very fair price quickly. Overall, an excellent experience. I despise high pressure car sales, so Mike was perfect for me. More

Great customer service I came to Wilkins Mazda to look at the 2016 cx5. When arriving at the parking lot, Jeff immediately came to us to see if we needed any help. Jeff was I came to Wilkins Mazda to look at the 2016 cx5. When arriving at the parking lot, Jeff immediately came to us to see if we needed any help. Jeff was extremely welcoming and friendly. He took us over to the Cx5 as we asked. He answered all questions that we had and never once made us feel pressured. We ended up deciding to buy the Cx5 and have been very happy with it. Since buying my vehicle I have had to call Jeff on a couple occasions regarding questions I had. Jeff has been nothing but attentive to me. He is a great salesman and attends to his customers well. He is knowledgeable about these cars and is extremely helpful with anything you ask. He wants nothing but for his customers to be happy and I can say that about this Mazda dealership in general.
