He went outside in the 0 degree weather and took a video of the car for me, inside and out. Angel, sent me all information I need to make an offer and purchase the car. I flew to Chicago, picked the car up yesterday and drove it back to St. Louis. The car was even in better condition than the pictures and video showed. It was in Excellent condition and it was priced as low as I could find within a 500 mile radius of my home. When I got to the dealership, Jeff Matzkin and Glenn Meier, were friendly, professional, and got me in/out the door in no time! It was an easy process and my son is elated with the car!!!! So after having a nice conversation with Melanie Raygoza I chose to deal with her. We worked out a nice deal and I gave them a deposit. But then they couldn't locate a car to match my needs. This went on for several days, but to no avail. I felt badly for Melanie as I know she wanted to make the sale. I'm not sure who's responsibility it is to get the car, but I don't think it is hers. She was great to work with and I would consider contacting her when looking for another car. More

I was initially lured into the dealership while looking at a car that they told me they had, until I came to find out that the particular car was in the shop; with no timeframe of when the car would be out due to the ongoing mechanics' strike. Later, when I selected another car, they gave me a run-around on the options that the advertised car had on it saying it is a typo by the sales department. Please think twice before getting into a relationship with them. More

I had a sales person right away (Mike O) who immediately got the cars i wanted to test drive, no hesitation. While he got the first set of cars the sales manager Ricky came up and introduced himself and thanked me for coming in. While he was getting the second set, the service manager saw me waiting in the lobby and came over to chat to make sure i was being taken car of. After test driving few cars, the dealership didn't have the car i wanted in the color i preferred. Instead, they offered me a better deal on the next trim up for the same price and i couldn't be happier. I got a fully loaded vehicle that i could drive away with the same day. On top of that, they made the lease return on my current Mazda so easy. No additional costs and the dealership paid my last payment. Overall, they have a great staff and they were so accommodating to make sure that I got what I wanted at the right price. Thanks! More
