I had a sales person right away (Mike O) who immediately got the cars i wanted to test drive, no hesitation. While he got the first set of cars the sales manager Ricky came up and introduced himself and thanked me for coming in. While he was getting the second set, the service manager saw me waiting in the lobby and came over to chat to make sure i was being taken car of. After test driving few cars, the dealership didn't have the car i wanted in the color i preferred. Instead, they offered me a better deal on the next trim up for the same price and i couldn't be happier. I got a fully loaded vehicle that i could drive away with the same day. On top of that, they made the lease return on my current Mazda so easy. No additional costs and the dealership paid my last payment. Overall, they have a great staff and they were so accommodating to make sure that I got what I wanted at the right price. Thanks! More

He was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and really tried to see that we were satisfied customers. The entire experience was great- no pressure to buy extras we didn't want, while we got those we did want. We were offered an extended warranty by Tom Ballun, but it felt like we were offered, not pressured (like another dealership we dealt with in the past). Tom explained the paperwork in a nice, relaxed way and made sure we understood everything clearly. We were surprised at how easy and pleasant the entire experience was, and would highly recommend Wilkins. More

Wilkins Buying Experience When my 17 year old BMW Z3 died, I went looking for another sports car (not a two seat luxury car.) Found a Mazda Miata RF at Wilkins. My salesman, Ke When my 17 year old BMW Z3 died, I went looking for another sports car (not a two seat luxury car.) Found a Mazda Miata RF at Wilkins. My salesman, Ken Halan, did a fantastic job of explaining the process and once the deal was closed, even delivered the car to my house in the evening. Whoa, didn't expect that. Today I went back to the dealer for an in-depth orientation on all the bells and whistles and Ken handled that as well, expertly and professionally. And a hats off to Ken McGaha who understood my time constraints and did his absolute best to get me through the paperwork as quickly as possible. When my leased Ford Edge goes back to Ford, I'll go to Wilkins first for either a CX3 or CX5. And I'll be looking for Ken H. to handle the transaction. Thanks, Ken. More
