Really good and patient customer service! I was at the dealership for hours. They worked really hard on pricing and my salesman, Taylor was so patient. He was great! Great car buying experience -- really! Taylor Crawford is someone to see if you are in the market for a Mazda. In my extensive car hunt, I had many test drives, but Taylor's knowledge stoo Taylor Crawford is someone to see if you are in the market for a Mazda. In my extensive car hunt, I had many test drives, but Taylor's knowledge stood out as exceptional. He patiently showed me all of the options on the CX-5 I drove, including the heads up display, which I thought I didn't want, until I saw it in action with Taylor helping me adjust it to the right level for me. In phone follow-up, Taylor was persistent, but not pesky. I never felt I was being bothered. After working with Taylor, the competitor's test drives were a disappointment. I thought I wanted to buy a car on the internet and avoid salesmen altogether., but Taylor added value to the experience and I would highly recommend working with him on your new car purchase. Taylor is a real asset to Wilkins. More

Great Price, Great Service, Excellent CPO Mazda6 I called from St. Louis to this Chicago Dealer just before New Years. Angel Gomez took my call and answered my questions about a CPO 2015 Mazda 6. H I called from St. Louis to this Chicago Dealer just before New Years. Angel Gomez took my call and answered my questions about a CPO 2015 Mazda 6. He went outside in the 0 degree weather and took a video of the car for me, inside and out. Angel, sent me all information I need to make an offer and purchase the car. I flew to Chicago, picked the car up yesterday and drove it back to St. Louis. The car was even in better condition than the pictures and video showed. It was in Excellent condition and it was priced as low as I could find within a 500 mile radius of my home. When I got to the dealership, Jeff Matzkin and Glenn Meier, were friendly, professional, and got me in/out the door in no time! It was an easy process and my son is elated with the car!!!! Refreshing Salesperson in Melanie Raygoza I had been looking for a CX5 in the Cleveland area, but Chicago had better incentives. So after having a nice conversation with Melanie Raygoza I chos I had been looking for a CX5 in the Cleveland area, but Chicago had better incentives. So after having a nice conversation with Melanie Raygoza I chose to deal with her. We worked out a nice deal and I gave them a deposit. But then they couldn't locate a car to match my needs. This went on for several days, but to no avail. I felt badly for Melanie as I know she wanted to make the sale. I'm not sure who's responsibility it is to get the car, but I don't think it is hers. She was great to work with and I would consider contacting her when looking for another car. More
