He was knowledgeable, patient and very thorough at answering all of my questions as well as demonstrating the infotainment system. Awful customer service Worst experience trying to buy a car. Had a deposit to hold as I was traveling and couldn't come in right away. I wanted all the finance questions an Worst experience trying to buy a car. Had a deposit to hold as I was traveling and couldn't come in right away. I wanted all the finance questions and negotiations to happen via Email so that I could just come in sign and drive. I had to email multiple times to try to put me in connection with the finance manager. After talking to the finance manager I was then informed that I could either get the cash back or the 0%. Sales rep proceeded to then yell at me that it's my fault for not understanding and how could I just put down a deposit for 2 weeks without any intention of buying. I had every intention of buying and I had every intention of trying to figure out a fair deal until he yelled at me. Oh and the best part is they ran my credit 2 days after I asked for my deposit back. By far worst customer service experience I have ever had. Ended up buying from Continental in Naperville, for a better price on the car anyway. Don't waste your time with them. More

Even though ot was raining at horrible out Ed made sure that he tracked down the suv we were looking for and did not try and put us in something we did not want. He took his time with us and got us to a payment we were comfortable with. All while relating to us and being such a cool person. I def will recommend this dealership and Ed to anyone I know looking for a new car. More
