Suzy was very helpful and quick. Frank was great too. Made the process easy. Because of COVID, called ahead to make sure things were good and did pre-meeting work for financing etc. Got there and took Made the process easy. Then 30 minutes to do car walkthrough. So much tech. And this could have gone longer but we were overhwhelmed. But they offered to do it again if we wanted to come back. Friendly group. More
