Pleased with the courtesy and care that we received. Appointment was on time and Brian was prepared with information. This was a new lease on another Mazda and we returned to this dealer because we were previously satisfied with their service. The one minor issue was when we wanted to get the extended protection. It was discounted considerably. But, when the monthly payment was initially revised, it showed as being even more that the initial cost. Luckily I caught it, had it taken off, & following discussion with the finance person, it was reduced to the original discount price. Made me a little leery about financial dealings, but I would still go back. More
