Andrew always has stellar service. He hustles and always has a good attitude. The waiting area with the coffee machines is also really nice after the update. Andrew was lazy and did not want to call my Drivesmart people. He said that would take alot of time. I still do not know how to use the device and it didn't come with any instructions. Customer service sucks. More
They need to hire at least 2 or 3 more tech/mechanics to keep up with demand. I do realize that the market may be tight but you have to be able to service what you sell or the business may go elsewhere, whi keep up with demand. One thing comes to mind. When replacing a car battery that will wipe out all of the radio settings on the satellite radio if it's set up. What would be good if I had to make When replacing a car battery that will wipe out all of the radio settings on the satellite radio if it's set up. What would be good if I had to make a suggestion is for you folks to take a snapshot of the existing settings and leave it somewhere where I can access them to make resetting all of the radio stations much easier than reprogramming the entire device. After going back and forth for many days waiting to hear the status of our car, we were finally told that Hyundai would do NOTHING for us. We were told we needed a new engine that would cost $15,OOO!! Hyu the status of our car, we were finally told that Hyundai would do NOTHING for us.
