My interaction with the service department was excellent. Lee was very nice , but when I called to tell them that our horn was not working when we clicked the remote, I was told to try to reset the car. I didn't find any information in the owner's manual about resetting the car. Anyway, my husband eventually found that our hood was left unlatched. When he closed it, the problem was solved.
