What is the point of making an appointment if I still have to wait a hour and a half to get an oil change. The job took about 30 minutes to do per the invoice. With the above being said and as I waited to get checked in and overhearing a service member and a member of management speaking about making a man wait longer that requested to speak to a manager because of a issue he had really put a damper on my own experience. Dealer was good, though I would not recommend Brian Jack. When I initially test drove the car with him, it seemed like he didn’t want to sell a car to me. It seemed as though he didn’t even want to tell me about to car. I assumed he was having a bad day and gave him a benefit of the doubt. I come again during Memorial Day and throughout the entire process he was rude, didn’t stick around to answer and questions. When he came around he would give a vague response and then leave for 20 minutes. I think we asked a question 2-3 before we got an answer. This was almost the entire process until I signed the papers and then his mood completely changed. Everyone else at the dealership was very friendly though it was just an odd experience we had with Brian. I would rate the dealership much higher if it wasn’t for this car buying experience. More
