I usually have no problem with Wilkins. I have bought 2 cars from them because of how great they are in their service dept. For this appointment they did not tell me I would need proof of m I have bought 2 cars from them because of how great they are in their service dept. For this appointment they did not tell me I would need proof of my insurance for the dealer car I would be using, so when they asked me that morning I had to scramble to get it. I was having technical difficulties with my insurance app which resulted in me not getting my insurance quick enough which then Resulted in me being late to work. Nick was not friendly, maybe he was still asleep but he was just very 'blah'. Then I had to sign a contract that said I would have to replace the gas I used in the dealer car. I didn't have time to replace the gas because I work 8-5 but had to leave work at 4 to get back to the dealer by 5 and now I have to pay $7 per gallon!? I don't understand why I have to replace the gas in the dealer car but yet they're willing to pay for an Uber to send me somewhere less than 10 miles from the dealer. The whole experience was just very inconvenient. More

Nick has been wonderful to work with regarding my vehicle’s oil consumption issue. I’m hopeful that it’ll all be taken care of and I will continue to buy Hyundai in the future. this is by far the best dealership I have dealt with.
