Arrogant and incapable sales rep! Very unfortunate experience with an arrogant rep named Sarge. He started off by suggesting that we should probably be looking at another car. Instead, he kept employing delaying tactics by suggesting he was only zeroing in on trying to address our needs very specifically, while ignoring everything we were trying to tell him! We finally got up from his desk and asked for someone else who was fairly straight forward and helpful. But the disappointing start left us with no mood of enjoying a car buying experience. More

They played along with us when we told our kids we bought a used orange vehicle for a very cheap price and they were not impressed. They happened to have a vehicle in that description on the lot and had it brought to the front to present it to them. It was priceless. Does not care about serious warranty service I recently bought a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0T. It was my first experience with their dealership. I was very pleased with the purchase experience. I recently bought a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0T. It was my first experience with their dealership. I was very pleased with the purchase experience. Shortly after, that my 2014 Santa Fe 2.0T suffered engine failure. Although I had purchased that car new at another dealer, I elected to have the warranty covered replacement at Wilkins, probably a mistake. It took several weeks to get the engine,[not their fault] finally it arrived last Thursday. Cody from service had called when it came in and assured me it would be installed the next week. I came by a week later, nothing has been done, and I was am now told it “probably” will be done next week. I pointed out Cory’s assurance and was told Hyundai gives the dealers a certain period of time to get it installed once it arrives and it will not be done until most of that time has expired. I pointed out I have been renting a car and now have another week or more of rental cost. Couldn’t care less, service guy said they would take care of me…. right. Total baloney, clearly the representations made to me last week were just sales crap to get me out the door. I have given them high ratings on every surrey, but if this is their customer service on maintenance it is not good. The day after this occurred Hyundai corporate contacted me and left a message inquiring if I was satisfied with the repairs as they thought they had been completed and the car returned, Perhaps Wilkins lied to them as well, I left a message at corporate and am waiting for a response. More
