I did most of my communication via phone and email due to Covid and the team were very flexible. Once I had the information I needed, I made an appointment to go into the dealership. Ken Brown was amazing as soon as I walked through the door. He took the time to explain everything to me and it was a no-pressure situation. The sales manager, Nick, came by as well since he and I had worked together via email. Overall, a really positive experience and high-quality service. Mike knew exactly what I wanted before I did. When buying my first car, Hyundai was the first place I went. I have always wanted an SUV but because I lived in the city, I thought a sedan or compact car would my first car, Hyundai was the first place I went. I have always wanted an SUV but because I lived in the city, I thought a sedan or compact car would be the better option. However, I was not totally in love with any and Mike steered me to the Tucson's which I hadn't even looked at before. I quickly fell in love with the first one I test drove and made a decision pretty quickly on it. I am so so happy with the car and with Mike for helping me find the best, most affordable, and convenient option. Mike is incredibly patient and knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot. As a business owner and long time leasee on 7+ vehicles, I'm astounded at Jim Minogue's lack of professionalism and disrespect. You should never lie to a customer and promise a vehicle and monthly price on paper, then say you don't have the vehicle in stock and try to charge them to get it to your location. He clearly didn't like working with an informed woman who had questions he didn't know the answers to. "Your mom doesn't need help negotiating" was his exact words when he was afraid of his breakdown being challenged. He lost out on commission today and cash down when a contract was signed at another dealer for the same car the same night. I'll be sure to let our network know that this is the way customers get treated at this location. More
