This was the worst dealership experience of my life. I engaged via text with Araceli who was lovely - she told us to come in. Sarge accosted us as we entered the dealership and seemed annoyed that I aske engaged via text with Araceli who was lovely - she told us to come in. Sarge accosted us as we entered the dealership and seemed annoyed that I asked for Araceli. He told us that she wasn’t there and he was helping us. Ok. No problem. Every time he asked me a question, I tried to answer, but he would talk over me, I gave him all of my information including the stock number and lease information I had confirmed in text. I asked to see the vehicle because we had never seen one. He asked if we were going to buy it there. I confirmed that I could not answer that because I had never seen this particular type of car before anywhere, and would like to see it. He refused to show it to me unless I committed to buying it from him. I asked at least 5 times if we could just take a look at the car to make sure we were interested. He told us we could leave. So I asked for his manager. He pointed me towards the manager’s desk and walked outside to laugh and point at me and my kids. When I approached the manager he seemed tired and annoyed that I would escalate to him and made excuses for his rude sales person after barely even looking up from his phone. I have a feeling they lie about the cars they have on site to get you in the door - and don’t actually have them so try to strong arm/bully you into a deal. The salesman also seemed annoyed to have to work with a woman. We are well qualified, well educated buyers. This dealership lost this sale and the other two sales that were going to follow in the next few weeks as I promised both kids a car, and I am ready to trade in mine as well. Do not patronize this store - they will lie to get you in the door and then proceed to bully and strong arm you. My teenage daughter works in retail and has better sense than the adult men working at this store. She was with me and was absolutely appalled that an associate and a manager would behave the way these two did. If we could gives less stars than 1 we would. We went to another dealership and had a great experience there instead. More
