Overall the experience was very positive. The salesperson, Jerry Jermann, was very pleasant, knowledgeable, responsive, professional and helpful. When it came to the final purchase process I was salesperson, Jerry Jermann, was very pleasant, knowledgeable, responsive, professional and helpful. When it came to the final purchase process I was less pleased. It was a very traditional and stereotypical car salesman strong arm approach, which I was desperately trying to avoid. I thought those days were gone. Apparently not. In the end, Jerry saved the day and helped cut out the bs. More
