Sarge, our sales rep, was great at highlighting the car and later training us how to use the technology. We went in with a pre-approved loan, but the financial representative got us a better overall deal, including the 100,000 bumper to bumper warranty. As a woman, car sales people have usually treated me like a second class person. Everyone at Wilkins was great. They treated me as an intelligent person, able to understand and make decisions. They gave me options, made recommendations, and honored my final decisions. We were out the door within about 3 hours of going in. Thank all of you for making this purchase a positive experience.
