We walked in without an appointment and were immediately met by a salesman. Mike Obal was great to work with. We test drove 3 three different vehicles (2 Hyundais and one Mazda) before deciding on the Tuc met by a salesman. Mike Obal was great to work with. We test drove 3 three different vehicles (2 Hyundais and one Mazda) before deciding on the Tucson. There was never any pressure from Mike, and the negotiations were quick and fair. The financing and paperwork were easy also. From start to finish we were in the dealer less than 3 hours. All in all what can be stressful experience was as smooth and easy as anyone could hope for. We had been looking at cars at several different dealerships for a while and we were having a rough time, but working with Pete at Wilkins was such a pleasant and stress-free experience! He found us a car that worked within our budget that we could drive home that day. He helped us work through our confusion about leasing versus buying. He was so knowledgeable about all of the different car models and features. And after he had already made the sale and we were about to leave, he spent so much time with us going over all the different controls, storage, safety features- basically everything about the car so that we felt fully comfortable driving it home. He truly went above and beyond. Everyone who helped us here was patient, not pushy, and ready to answer any questions we had. We’ve had the car (2022 Santa Fe) for about a week now and we LOVE it.
