Very happy, exceeded my expectations. On June 3 2023 purchased a 2014 Honda pilot EX-L with just under 55k miles. A very pleasant experience with no pressure. Out the door in about 3 hours with all paperwork completed and car cleaned. Because I drove 3 hours to dealership they gave me cold bottles of water from service department refrigerator and filled up the gas tank for the ride home. Excellent service and very considerate. Used cars are used and this one being 9 years old had one issue. It was taken care of to my satisfaction. This car is for my son so it was important for it to be the best. Even the operations manager sent me an email thanking me for my purchase and offering help in anything if I ever needed it. He said Success is no accident. It takes hard work and preservance. I believe him, impressive. To go above and beyond that's customer service. I felt valued and would definitely recommend you go "the Wilkens way". It's the only way to go. They earned my business without giving me "the business" as some dealerships do. They do what they say and say what they do. I hope you will give Wilkins the opportunity to impress you, as they have me. Definitely a dealership destination if you want to win. Thank you again Wilkins team! More

Service has always been acceptable at Wilkins with one exception some time ago when I had our Sante Fe in for service. parts had been mis ordered and the person who was to service the car took vacation t exception some time ago when I had our Sante Fe in for service. parts had been mis ordered and the person who was to service the car took vacation time.
