I recently purchased a used car and the entire process was completely seamless and the end result was even better then what I had hoped for. My sales person was Andy and I gave him some idea of what I tho was completely seamless and the end result was even better then what I had hoped for. My sales person was Andy and I gave him some idea of what I thought I was looking for and what I thought my price range would be. Not only did he listen to what I said, he listened to what I didn't say and found a perfect fit for me. What I expected would be an all day exhausting experience was not even close to how well the day went. While the finance person worked to see what would fit in my budget, Andy and I viewed a couple of cars until I found one that I liked. Since I have a hectic schedule I left to run some errands while they finished working with the bank and getting together the paperwork. They called me when they were ready and let me know ahead of time what information to bring. By the time I got back, my file was complete and everything was ready to go. It was very organized and they had actually spent time to work out a better deal then what I had anticipated. I am a busy single mom and funds are tight. I was able to buy a car for a better price then I thought and still run errands and kids around. No one tried to sell me anything that I did not need and even when I started to look out of my price range, Andy reminded me of what my intent was when I walked in. Any place that will work to save me time and money and make my life just a bit easier is well worth a good review. They will definately be my first stop for future purchases. More
They are rude and always correct. I bought a SUV w/ 61,000 miles. Was having trouble tried to contact my salesman in may begining of June. So then I asked JOE the so called used manager did not want to hear anything about my vehicle and hung up on me. Then I talked to Mr. Wilkens assistant mgr which in fact was rude and when I personally asked to speak with Mr. Wilkens,he replied he is not here today and we can not help you. So I called once again asked the operator if Mr. Wilkens is in,she replied yes he is but he is in a meeting. So there is another lie from his assistant manager. So how can you be trusted as a dealership when you lied reguarding about someone there or not you lost my business your advertisement will be removed from my car, and I think your Customer Service Managers need to tell the truth and not lie. And so much more too much to write. More
When approaching the inventory, I did not get jumped by multiple salesmen at one time. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and motivated to accommodate my need for a vehicle. The Sales Manager assisted with due diligence to assist the salesman in making the sale happen which was not an easy task with my situation. The Processor explained the paperwork in the best way possible to ensure that I understood some of the lingo. He made sure all the appropriate paperwork was signed, sealed and delivered to the right department. I felt comfortable talking to each instead of tense. I will recommend this dealership to all my associates. More
I visited Wilkins not really knowing what I was looking for, but as soon as I stepped out of the car, Sarge was there greeting me with a smile on his face. When I explained to him what I was looking for, he immediately took me to a 2009 Nissan Altima SL that was toward the top of the budget I had given him, but that impressed me pretty quickly. The car itself is a smooth ride and is immaculate on the inside and out. When I confessed to Sarge that I was visiting Wilkins because I noticed they had a more expensive car that I was most interested in, he took me to see the car but talked realistically about the two to me. While he didn't put one car down, he explained the reasons why he thought spending the extra money for the more expensive, flashier car wasn't the best idea. I appreciated his honesty. When we worked on a deal that afternoon, even though I wasn't in a position to buy that day, Sarge and the Wilkins team gave me a great offer and let me sit on it for a few days. When I went back, they extended the same great offer and, after another test drive, I was signing the papers. If you go, ask for Sarge. He was a no-nonsense kind of guy who, yes, has cars to sell and a job to do, but never was overly pushy or made me uncomfortable during the process. He gave his spiel and then let me have my say; although I didn't buy some of the upgrades he was offering, he politely accepted my decision (after making sure it was what I really wanted). Thanks to Sarge and the Wilkins team for a great experience, a great price, and a great car. I'll be back. More
