The sales department could do a much better job in socializing a customer like me to the EV world of charging options. I didn't know that I had to create an account with EV charging stations to charge the vehicle. I was under the impression that all you had to do is pay and plug it up. That's not the case for the first or second charging sessions. Also, the GM App has charging features that you'd never know about unless you stumble across them or call OnStar, as I did to find out where the best charging stations are for my vehicle. Also, there are onscreen charging information that could also be more helpful with explanation and demonstrations by the sales department or GM video link to watch prior to driving off the lot. So, a better job in introducing a customer to the EV world is definitely recommended. Other than that, I absolutely love my truck. More

When I submitted an RFQ through the GMC website, 3 dealers were contacted on my behalf. Stefanie at I.G. Burton was the only person that reached out and asked what I was looking for.
