It was excellent. When I arrived all sales persons were with other potential buyers. An hour and a half later Stephanie had all my wants and likes, I had a host of information and a test drive! My sales representative, Stephanie was excellent. The purchasing experience as far as financing overall was good. I purchased the GMC Sierra Denali EV Edition 1. This is my very first EV vehicle. The The purchasing experience as far as financing overall was good. I purchased the GMC Sierra Denali EV Edition 1. This is my very first EV vehicle. The sales department could do a much better job in socializing a customer like me to the EV world of charging options. I didn't know that I had to create an account with EV charging stations to charge the vehicle. I was under the impression that all you had to do is pay and plug it up. That's not the case for the first or second charging sessions. Also, the GM App has charging features that you'd never know about unless you stumble across them or call OnStar, as I did to find out where the best charging stations are for my vehicle. Also, there are onscreen charging information that could also be more helpful with explanation and demonstrations by the sales department or GM video link to watch prior to driving off the lot. So, a better job in introducing a customer to the EV world is definitely recommended. Other than that, I absolutely love my truck. More
When I submitted an RFQ through the GMC website, 3 dealers were contacted on my behalf. Stefanie at I.G. Burton was the only person that reached out and asked what I was looking for. Other dealers sent me links to their websites to look at inventory (which I had already done on my own). Stefanie found what I wanted at a dealership out of state and made me feel like I was the only customer that mattered during the process. The dealership was professional and courteous and I will look to them first when my wife purchases her next Acadia! Thank you Stefanie and the I.G. Burton team! More
