I stopped by the dealership on a Saturday afternoon after they had already closed. I was parked in the lot looking at a used Mercedes that caught my attention driving by. It is all about customer service and they were second to none. Nice car, fair price and talented Team Members who were problem solvers. Communication with all members of the team was excellent, no matter what form of communication was used (phone, text, email). The service tech dispatched to bring us our paperwork at home, was equally professional and courteous. A follow up from an admin prompted me to rep After requesting a quote on a used vehicle, I received only an email asking to come into the dealership. A follow up from an admin prompted me to reply that I was interested in a vehicle, actively negotiating with other dealers, and their asking price was too high. I was straightforward and stated the $ price they'd need to be at for me to be interested. A day later, I received a cryptic email from a nondescript aol.com email with only the words "Not happening". No company email, no reference to the dealership, no name given and no email signature. If you want to reject an offer, that's perfectly fine, but please do it in a professional way that shows respect for a perspective customer. More
