dear s-narciso,you admitted that our car had much lower miles but you insisted we had to sell the car for the price of the higher mileage. I realize that people do not feel we should make a reasonable profit, I guess two opinions.

I didn't insist on anything and this isn't about whether you sold me a car or not but about the lack of common courtesy and professionalism you showed me. I even replied to both you and your admin to give you a chance to correct things, but received no reply from either. The fact that you think I'm upset that you need to make a profit is laughable. You're correct that this is two opinions. In my opinion, when speaking to a customer you should introduce and identify yourself and be professional and courteous. I'm sure most of your prospective customers would agree with me. Your reply should have been a simple apology and I would have deleted the review entirely.
