Absolutely could not be any happier with the service as well as the professional, kind-hearted treatment I received from everyone I encountered at Wile Hyundai, (which I might add was an absolute stark con well as the professional, kind-hearted treatment I received from everyone I encountered at Wile Hyundai, (which I might add was an absolute stark contrast from my last buying experience a few months earlier at a different dealership.) Gus Loukas, his son Tony Loukas, Jason Knapp and their extremely knowledgeable parts Advisor Earnie all really made me feel like part of the family there, all were extraordinarily easy to talk with and made my buying experience a happy and memorable one. All aspects of this deal were just as seamless as could be and I couldn't be any more thankful if I tried. All of the "difficult" poriton of my deal was finalized in approximately 30 minutes, over the phone no less, and the following business day all I had to do was travel from New Jersey to Connecticut, sign some paperwork, pick up some parts and it was easy as that! If you're in the market for a Hyundai, Wile is well worth the trip. Its how I've always imagined buying a car should be. Thanks! More
Sadly Wile Hyudnai is under new management and its Horrible! I brought my vehicle in for service and they just reset the check engine code & gave it back. Two weeks later light back on so I brought it Horrible! I brought my vehicle in for service and they just reset the check engine code & gave it back. Two weeks later light back on so I brought it back in - they have the car 2 days, do not even call me, when I call they claim they reset the code again and cannot figure out what the problem is. The man was extremely rude so I will have to pick the car up & bring it to another dealer. I love my Hyundai Accent and when the time comes comes purchase another one but NEVER GO TO WILE Hyundai FOR SERVICE OR SALES! More
