The quality of the customer service that I received at Wile Hyundai was phenomenal. He answered every question I had and explained everything very patiently and thoroughly. Todd even came in on his day off to meet with me and finalize my Tucson purchase. In the beginning, I was very nervous about the entire purchase and process but, thanks to Todd, everything was a lot easier and quicker than I had expected. I definitely recommend Wile Hyundai to anyone looking for a new car that comes with amazing customer service. More

The car was spotless( it had snowed the day before and they cleaned it before my arrival). I did not feel rushed during my test drive and Todd answered all my questions and some i even forgot to ask. Best car sales experience ever so we returned to buy a second. Reps who didn't even sell to us (Todd) brought coffee and balloons for the baby to play with. They made everything work out within a very limited budget and did not try to upsell or treat us with any less courtesy than if we had bought the top-of-the-line model. When our car didn't start after church one day, a sales rep (Jesse) came to pick us up in the parking lot- within 15 minutes of calling. They brought a car-seat ready loaner and a good deal of comfort and support. Jeff was a no-pressure support through both of our sales and only showed us things which he knew would interest us. Anthony oversaw the process both times and worked out a great deal with a fabulous warranty and a payment we could handle. Would recommend to anyone. More

My wife and I had been considering purchasing a newer vehicle for quite some time, but we don't have the best credit and the payments would have to be fairly reasonable. The problem is, the vehicle she was driving was constantly breaking down, and I was putting so much money into it just to keep it running. This frustrated me because as hard as we both work, I didn't like the fact that she did not have a reliable vehicle. We put our information out there and were quickly contacted by Wile Hyundai. My first thought was to give them a chance in the hopes that they would have a decent used car with fairly low mileage for a good price to get us into. I figured, with our credit, that was going to be our only option. I spoke with Anthony on the phone, and my number one concern at that point was whether making the 1 hour trip to the dealership was going to be a waste of my time. Obviously, nothing is guaranteed, but he took the time to have the right people look at our situation, and they came back to us with an honest assessment that it wouldn't be a waste of our time. My wife and I decided to make the trip up there, even though we were on a tight schedule. When we got there, we were quickly greeted by Anthony who knew exactly who we were. It didn't take long for us to become comfortable, as they were not stuck up and pushy like almost every other dealership I've ever been to. We did a little bit of paperwork and were then handed off to Jesse, who completed our paperwork and submitted it to Dan. The first thing I noticed is that every person in there was a straight shooter. They weren't going to try to sell us a dream or blow smoke up our butts, but at the same time they were confident that they would be able to send us on our way in a new vehicle. I was skeptical, but I let them do their jobs and hoped for the best. At that point, they asked us what kind of car we were interested in. We weren't looking for too much in the way of upgrades, but there were a few specific things we were looking for. Out of nowhere came the very excited voice of Dean from across the room who already had a car in mind. They brought that car around and it was exactly what we were looking for. This display of complete knowledge of their inventory by Dean was just another reason we were gaining more confidence and trust in the dealership. As much as I loved the car, however, I had serious doubts since it was a BRAND NEW car and we had much less than perfect credit, but the confidence that Dan had made me actually believe that this could possibly happen. We sat with Andy for a little while going over some specifics, and out of his back office came Dan with the news that it was all taken care of at the payment we stated that we could afford. I was absolutely baffled. He used whatever magic he has at his fingertips and made this deal happen. So, we basically made a trip to the dealership hoping for something decent and we ended up being approved for and driving away in a brand new Hyundai Elantra GT in about 2 hours!!! The owner, Mr. Andy Wile, even took the time to introduce himself and thank us for our business!!! Now I'm not saying that anybody that I've spoken about can make miracles happen, but what I will tell you is that these guys are on point. They are top-notch professionals who seem to break all they stereotypes of a "car dealership". I would actually call them "Auto Sales Professionals". I would recommend them to anybody looking for a new set of wheels every day of the week and twice on Tuesdays! Thanks for your great service and we look forward to future dealings!!!!! More
I went to Wile Hyundai with a particular car in mind and was able to leave with that car without dealing with the usual car dealership shtick. They didnt try to push me to a more expensive car. They basically did their best to make sure I drove out that day with the car I had in mind and they did with absolute professionalism and friendliness that you'd hope to experience at most other dealership. I would definitely recommend buying a car from this dealership! More

We drove an hour to get there and it was so worth our time. Super professional and friendly people. They are a sharp contrast to the five other dealers I passed over. Their transparency was a breath of fresh air. For the first time ever I actually can say buying a new car was fun! You actually see your salesperson and the sales manager. They made the deal happen and the was no hocus - pocus nor the BS you have to endure at other dealers. My only disappointment is that I live so far away from them! These are the people to deal with and rest assured when it comes time to buy another car I am driving there again! Ninety percent of the deal was done via email and over the phone. I made an appointment on a SUNDAY, my only day off, and they had the car waiting for us to test drive. Arrived at one, drove home in a new Turbo Veloster at four. It was really a pleasure to deal with Todd and Anthony as well as the other members of their team. They made you feel like a person and not as a target to take to the cleaners as do most dealers. Car salesman jokes don't apply to Wile Hyundai! They are the real deal and I repeat if you are going to buy a Hyundai and are within 250 miles of Columbia, BUY IT HERE. YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID! 150% satisfied!! More

My wife and I have bought several vehicles from Wile over the years. We have always been treated well at the time of the sale and with service over the ensuing time that we had a given car. Everyone, without fail, has always been friendly and helpful. Our last experience was with Jesse Nye who did everything he could to help us. We were supposed to pick the car up at a given day and time, but my wife fell and hurt herself. I called him telling him that I would not be able to make our scheduled appointment and why. He not only understood, but offered to help us out if we needed something that we would not be able to do for ourselves. To me this goes beyond regular sales help. Mark Charon of the service department also has been extremely helpful over the years. He will do anything he can to make service appointments available and convenient. Andy Wile, the owner of the company will always come out to say hello and pass a few pleasantries if he's in the building. Someone whom we have never met before, but had contact with this time, was Tania Coomey. She was also very helpful and pleasant. Our original contact was with her and we left with the information we needed and felt that we were more than just a wallet that walked in the door. As I said, we have bought several cars from Wile over the years and have always been completely satisfied with the way we have been treated at the time of the sale, and in the times that service was needed. Would I recommend this dealer to someone else? Absolutely and without reservation. More

I decided to buy at Wile Motors because they wanted to sell me a car, which is the business they are in, but they also wanted to sell me a car which fit my needs. I am very pleased with my car and it has everything I needed. John Zarillo was a salesman who set out to make my experience pleasant and make should that my car fit my needs. More
