Responsive CD player on 2014 Hyundai I bought in July didn't work. Just found that out. Patrick was very knowledgeable and showed me all the features of the vehicle and also helped when I picked up the vehicle to help me set up all the features. Dan helped me with the financing and was very pleased with the experience. I did not feel any pressure to purchase like other dealerships. I purchased my previous vehicle from Wile- a used Elantra. Service Dept. price gouging We were quoted 7 hrs for a 2.6 hr repair. As a former Service and Parts Director for 5-Star dealerships, I recognized the practice immediately. They We were quoted 7 hrs for a 2.6 hr repair. As a former Service and Parts Director for 5-Star dealerships, I recognized the practice immediately. They quote the repair, which includes certain steps, and then quote the steps separately, and add them together for some fat profit. They even fictionalized the need to open the A/C system and recharge it, which is not required. At 2.6 hrs, their flat rate mechanic will likely be done in half that time, and get paid the 7 hrs for a couple hours work. Great money for them, if you can look in the mirror afterward. I reached out to both the service manager and the owner, neither responded. We headed to Certified Auto Repair down the road, and got an honest quote up front. More
