I was patient for the first SIX months, I am no longer patient. We begged for communication so we could at least know what was going on! It is sitting with part of the motor on the front seat with DUST! I am angry and I will be contacting a lawyer! I would give negative stars if I could. This is beyond horrible customer service. More
Since 1978 my wife and I have purchased six vehicles and one travel trailer from Wilder Auto Center in Port Angeles, Wa. We just purchased a 2020 Toyota Tacoma pickup. In every we have been completely satisfied with their customer service, service department, and sales department. We appreciated Grant William our sales person. He was very friendly, answered all our questions and located the exact Tacoma TRD we wanted. When the truck arrived on the lot Grant went over all the technology features and functions with us and there are a lot of them. He knows his stuff! He gave us a very fair deal on our trade in. We have always been more than satisfied customers and, as Sequim residents, are fortunate to have them so close by. More

The folks that work at Wilder are very nice to do business with but the overall integrity of the business is rotten. They are dedicated to avoiding responsibility for any mistakes they make, period. If you drive away, and their work directly results in an accident, even while you're still on their property, you will need to armor-up with a lawyer and sue them before they will take responsibility. Surprising for a small town dealer who you'd think would want to keep a good reputation. Forget it. More

This time round the Parts Dept gal took the time to not only provide me the service I needed she was doing it all with a sense of humor! A rare commodity in this day and age, but boy is it ever appreciated. She took the time to change my electric key batteries for me and I am so thankful for that as I have no degree in key fob battery changing, something I am certain she has a Masters in she was quick and accurate. Unfortunately I misplaced my check book and suspected I had dropped it in the waiting area for service. I called back at almost 7:00 PM and was transferred to a sales manager ( I am horrible with names sorry), he checked and located the check book and remained there till I was able to drive out from "C" Street and retrieve the checkbook. Which put my mind at ease, it's never good to have a lost checkbook. Service personnel are usually good and this time round was no exception. This was a good experience. More
