I had an excellent experience purchasing a Toyota Highlander at Wilde Toyota in December 2008. Based on all of the research I did, the price was outstanding. I've taken the vehicle back for service every 5000 miles and have been treated well every time. I just completed the 30,000 mile maintenance and received service that went above and beyond what I expected. Because of the recall on the Highlander, I had to replace the all weather mats with new mats designed by Toyota. I noticed the new mats were not as effective in containing the snow and salt and reported this to Wilde Toyota on my recent visit. They were selling a different style of mat at the dealer that was slightly similar to the ones I had replaced and I was at first told that I could purchase these mats for $80. I mentioned that this didn't seem fair since the added expense for suitable mats would really be due to the recall, and I had already paid for quality all weather mats at the time I originally bought the vehicle. I worked with Clayton Parulski who generously agreed to provide the new mats to me at no additional expense. He was completely professional and understanding, and this has been my experience with Wilde Toyota from the time I first purchased the vehicle two years ago. Excellent dealer and I highly recommend working with them. More

Matt Smeiska was great. He went above and beyond to make sure all my service needs were met. He answered every question I had and his willingness to walk me through the entire process was tremendous. Joel has the best customer service ever. Every time I come there I look for him to take care of me. His friendliness and trustworthiness makes me feel like a valued customer. My Magic Key would not open all the doors when used at the driver's door. I went twice to Wilde to get it fixed to how it used to work and I was told that "the technician was unaware that the magic key w the driver's door. I finally called my salesman, Jeff Weidner, and he was able to tell me over the phone how to get it back to the way it had been. I called the service dept back to tell them how to fix it so they will know in the future. I did not rate the service because the Service dept did not help me. The quality of work and the price are both NA because the repair was done by me. More
My experience at WIlde is very positive. I don't have to ask to have routine maintainance things done like rotating tires, fluid checks because I konw they are taken care of as part of my visit. Mike also lets me konw if there's something wrong that I'm not aware of...like when some wheel guard in the front of the car needed replacement or when our GPS disc needed fixing. They take care of even the small things like replacing the batteries in our key. I can get the car in any itme I want but just calling. Our service experience on the Prius was so good here that we bought our Corolla from Wilde last spring and have it serviced here also. More
Mike went above and beyond the call of duty to find a car that was the right fit for me. I was able to purchase a Toyota Matrix 2004 with a manual transmission, and he answered all my questions and concerns. that was the right fit for me. There is no reason to take your Toyota anywhere else for service. You can expect well above average customer service, updates on the status of your repair, and the work to be completed on time.
