When you're car is really in trouble, he always makes an effort to find out what is wrong and explain it to you so you can u to be a Toyota owner. I've been dealing with Wilde for years. I've always had good experiences on new vehicle purchases and on service. We have three Toyotas presently, a '92, an '03 and an '07. Work is always done right the first time. Sales personal are always attentve long after the sale. Service writers are knowlegeable helpful and curtious. I had discovered from my regular Mechanic that we had a problem with the cars computer. Toyota had issued an extended warranty on cars with this problem. Generally, in the past, my experience with other dealers has been that Warranty problems are not dealt with as strenuously as service problems because they do not generate as much money. Our experience was the total opposite. Everyone went out of their way to make sure the service was done promptly and efficiently. I will gladly recommend your dealership. More
I would not recommend because I signed for $500 and they pressured and scared me until I agreed to double that amount & change. Said he would give me a discount, and he did, 10% off. However, they wanted us to get over $2300 in repairs, which we did not do. On the phone, only quoted part prices NOT $90/hour LABOR!!! Good grief! They did give us a nice loaner car. I was tempted to buy that after I got the bill, would have been cheaper! I am taking it to my local garage to see if any of the other stuff on the list is "legit." So long, Toyota! More
