I came into Wilde Toyota to get my cars oil changed. Craig had greated me right away at my vehical and assisted me with my needs. My wife and I had taken her car, a 2008 Camry for it's 55,000mi service. i asked if in the process of tire rotation, the tires and undercarriage be checked for damage. 2 days before, the back window of a 55,000mi service. i asked if in the process of tire rotation, the tires and undercarriage be checked for damage. 2 days before, the back window of a pickup truck cap flew off in front of my wife; unable to avoid it, she ran over and destroyed it. Garus had the technician look the car over and assured my wife that nothing was found to be wrong. Also, my 1yr old granddaughter had to accompany us, she was pretty much given the run of the showroom and had access to tables, concessions and a small play area. This was a big help for us, and a diversion for my granddaughter. Thanks. More
I had ignored my 1995 Toyota Corolla for YEARS, except for oil changes at a local repair shop. Then the brake light came on and while I had fluid, I didn't want to chance it. Took it to Wilde and that d for oil changes at a local repair shop. Then the brake light came on and while I had fluid, I didn't want to chance it. Took it to Wilde and that day I started leaking brake fluid. The brake lines had rusted through!! They redid the transmission, back brakes, antifreeze etc. etc. While EXPENSIVE, they kept me informed every step of the way, and even provided a rental car. THEN I limped in again a few days later, and learned the fuel lines had been switched!! They brought me home, repaired and checked out my car again, at no cost! All the while Raymond Valdez kept me fully informed, gave me coupon discounts and had his staff thoroughly clean the dash, windows and floor of my car. I'm handicapped and that meant a great deal to me. This went above and beyond routine service. I recommend them and Raymond Valdez. More

I had my Toyota Venza serviced at WIlde on 8/29/11. I cannot say enough about the great service I received. Especially from you service mgr. Joel Valdez. He certainly knows how to make you feel like yo cannot say enough about the great service I received. Especially from you service mgr. Joel Valdez. He certainly knows how to make you feel like your car's problem matters. My car starting experiencing a problem with a warning light back in July and a problem couldn't be found. It started again in August and Joel made sure he had all possible parts needed before I brought the car in for service. ( This saved me from being without my car for too long) I would recommend WIlde to anyone. More
