My experience at WIlde is very positive. I don't have to ask to have routine maintainance things done like rotating tires, fluid checks because I konw they are taken care of as part of my visit. Mike also lets me konw if there's something wrong that I'm not aware of...like when some wheel guard in the front of the car needed replacement or when our GPS disc needed fixing. They take care of even the small things like replacing the batteries in our key. I can get the car in any itme I want but just calling. Our service experience on the Prius was so good here that we bought our Corolla from Wilde last spring and have it serviced here also. More
Mike went above and beyond the call of duty to find a car that was the right fit for me. I was able to purchase a Toyota Matrix 2004 with a manual transmission, and he answered all my questions and concerns. that was the right fit for me. I purchased a 2000 Toyota 4-Runner back in February of 2000 at Wilde Toyota. I have brought it in for service for the past almost 11 years. Except for a couple of years early on the service has been terrific. This dealership is extremely busy however they still treat you with personal service. Shawn Miller has just started to work with me and my initial meeting with him was very favorable and this was after spending over $1,300 on needed repairs and service. Give Wilde Toyota a shot.
