Oil change gone wrong First off i want to start by saying I have been going to this dealership for years and have never had a problem with them. 2 days ago I took my car in First off i want to start by saying I have been going to this dealership for years and have never had a problem with them. 2 days ago I took my car in for a simple oil change/tire rotation along with the check on fluids/etc. It came out with major clunking going on so I take it back to them and somehow the brakes weren't put together properly and the wheel cyclinder broke. They repaired it no cost and provided a shuttle which was amazing! I go to pick up the car later that evening and as I'm driving home I start to hear clunking again. (Mind you when I brought it in there wasnt any clunking) I call them up and set up an appointment for today. I bring it in and one of the machnics looks into for me and tells me it's because of old hardware on my brake system. Its a 05' so I don't put any second thoughts against him. Well it's $70 later, they fix the hardware put the brake system all back together. And what do you know it starts making more noises on the way home then the way there. I am severely disappointed. I'm not going to bring it back and have them tell me i need to spend more money, when the only reason any of this began is because a mechanic didn't do his job right. It's sad when they admit it. I thoight I could trust them, but sadly I can't. It's more sad when their own shuttle man tells me they don't have enough people working because they are too cheap to hire more, even more sad when he says alot of cars have been coming back. Do yourself a favor and go to machanic you trust. I thought because it's a dealership they would be a straight shot. Well now my car is sitting in the garage with even more sounds than going in. And we all know how it goes you can't prove anything, so they won't help. Total waste of time and $70. 😒😒 More
Overall great service I needed a new muffler and David remembered me from an emissions test he did for me a few weeks prior. He mentioned I should have my muffler taken care of so I came back a few weeks later and he was eager to help me out. David was reachable at any time of the day and really cares about his customers. He took the time to walk me through what my car needed and checked everything to make sure the maintenance of my car is up to date. Overall, David took the time to help me and is someone I will continue to seek to service my car. More

I didn't feel it appropriate to return to Safro/Napleton Toyota after years of service there and the treatment my husband received from them after getting hurt on the job after 19 years of dedicated service there. I truly felt Henry Tessmer and Co. don't appreciate people and therefore didn't want to share my hard earned money at his place of business. Therefore I asked my husband who he knew in the business. He spoke highly of Mr. Mike Greco. I asked where he was at. He told me Wilde Toyota. I asked if he would contact him and get something set up. Which He did. Mike set us up with John Puering, John involved Adam when things were discovered about poor workmanship over an accident in cured 2 months after I took delivery in 2007. They also explained as my husband believed that the regenerative batteries failed. Wow! Mike and John got them covered all but shipping and installation. Then explained about a leaky water pump, which we had replaced, along with some other necessary repairs. Now it's off to Goffs Auto body to get corrected. A Big Kudos to Mike, John, Adam, and the Tech. I look forward to continuing my service at Wilde Toyota, and can not wait to get the 51 mpg Rav from them. Thanks, Joyce W More

NOT TRUST WORTHY!!!!! Let me start off by saying I have been going to this dealership for 25 years and bought 5 vehicles from them. My wife owns a toyota camry which we only have it serviced at Wilde.On two previous occasions we took the vehicle there and they damaged her rims so bad, they had to send the rims out to be re-coated while we had to use a rental vehicle both times. both times they gave us and her a hard time dealing with this issue. 3 weeks ago I took her vehicle there for a simple tire rotation....service guy said 45 min....well 1 hour and 15 min. goes by and I go looking for service guy. I find him and says he was looking for me... I said I was in the waiting room where he told me to go...he has a handfull of severally damaged lug nuts and says they are having a very hard time getting them off her car. i said holy crap...looks like they are using wrong size socket..He then tells me I need all new lug nuts at 4 bucks a pop!!!! I said you guys damaged them..you need to replace them....well we had to go see the service manager to ok new lugs. this is the same guy we dealt with with the damaged rim issues...of course when i told him who I was he didnt remember me...so he oks lug nuts...I then tell him I dont appreciate getting lied to...he says who lied to you...i said service writer and mechanic who took off tires said these lug nuts were stripped when I came in....I said they were most definetly not...I gave him one more chance to save himself and again he insisted they were severally damaged when I brought the car in.....so I proceeded to pull out my phone and show him time stamped pictures that I took 15 minutes before bringing the car into their garage that clearly shows each rim with perfect lug nuts that you can zoom in and clearly see....BUSTED!!!! .Dealt with 2 guys there now and the last guy told us he woukld contact us and still havent heard from him in 3 weeks...nice customer care...I also filed a complaint with Toyota... More

Always on top of the game I rarely check my cars for recalls but David is always on top of his game. Every time I go to Wilde Toyota for a car service, he always tell me whene I rarely check my cars for recalls but David is always on top of his game. Every time I go to Wilde Toyota for a car service, he always tell me whenever there's a recall on my cars without me asking. My 2012 Toyota Sienna is my third car he told me about for recall and is currently getting fix. Continue to do the good work. More
Great customer service So my mom's brand new 2016 Sienna car radio died after only owning the car for 1 and half year. Took it to Toyota dealership by where she live, they So my mom's brand new 2016 Sienna car radio died after only owning the car for 1 and half year. Took it to Toyota dealership by where she live, they going to charge her $1000 for replacing it. Didn't offer to do anything further. I got frustrated, ask her to bring it down to Wilde Toyota where she bought it. Took it to David in services and he did what he could, made some GREAT recommendation. I got on the phone with Toyota Services, and within couple days, I received good news, they will replace my mom's radio for FREE. I know there are many service guys out there but I truly believe no one can be as passionate about their work as David, taking great care of his customers. More
